With regards to my last post on Suffolk County Council, and my request for a release of information under The Data Protection Act 1998. I have posted just a few letter’s to confirm that requests have been made to Suffolk County Council. All these request have been made in the last year, and they have been clearly acknowledged by both Suffolk County Council and Mr Simon White the Director of Social Services!
I have listed just 3 of the requests I have received, including one from Mr Simon White, and one that was sent to our old address here in Spain! This just confirms to everyone that Suffolk County Council had received requests from Vanessa and I, and that they have been aware of our location here in Spain!

By the way if you ever write a complaint about SS. I was told by John Stephenson (lincoln complaint officer) that he and John Charles (Nottingham complaints officer) do 2nd stage investigations for each other. So you can be guaranteed a set up. This was 3 years ago.
Write to the local government ombudsman and tell them. Then say you want your complaint moved to stage 2 cos of this maladministration. The system is awful. Even at lgo stage you are just awarded £1000 and the lgo say they are satisfied that ss have changed procedures. then i got another letter from assistant ombudsman saying they are looking into changing procedures which is a standard council fob off.

In May 2007 my eldest son commited suicide he was 18. 3 months later social services took my granddaughters into care with the view for adoption the social worker had no regard for their mums grief or offered any help for her to come to terms with her grief. i was told as the paternal grandmother i was told they were nothing to do with me. The social worker has denied saying this when i complained and last week in court even though i have 4 witnesses. I had to take legal action just to get contact with my beautiful granddaughters. For the last 14 months we have had to fight social services and the family courts. on Monday 27th October 2008 the judge decided despite the fact that its very clear how much they are loved. I could not be assessed as a carer for my grandchildren. On the 7th November the judge decides wether they are to be adopted.
On the 7th November. The judge after giving a 3 hour speach that she believed everything that social services said, and that she agreed that they should be adopted. Social services are to stop contact with their mum within the month. i havent seen them since October, i will be allowed an hour and a half when social services can be bothered to arrange it to say good bye but only me not any of my family.
They already have adoptive parents arranged and will be adopted between January and Febuary 2009.
One comment made by the judge will stay with me for a long time she stated " While it is obvious how much these children are loved, love is not enough to raise children.

I had my final contact on Friday 5th December, This contact has destroyed me , and just now i dont know how i am going to move on from this, it brought every memory and feeling back from the day i burried my son but this time i can feel it more as i am not numb with shock like i was 18 months ago.
Instead of it being like a normal contact there was 2 workers supervising the contact, and instead of being able to put my granddaughters into the foster carers car as i have done every other contact. the foster carer came into the room and took them away, i was really holding it together up untill this point, but that just broke me.
Now my last image of them is them being walked out of the room waving goodbye and their last image of me is of me crying.
So sorry Michelle that corrupt Kent County Council legal team and social workers / Kent corrupt secret family courts stole your beautiful granddaughters after such a tragic loss.

Grandparents find children are treated as business commodities.
There are more and more abused children being taken into care by social services from homes that grandparents could look after. Children that need love and family comfort which grandparents could supply if they were not ignored by social services. This service is bursting at the seams to cope and have resorted to treating children as business commodities to get children adopted as quickly and as cheaply as possible rather than looking after the children’s real welfare with their grandparents. This is not in a child’s best interest emotionally or mentally.
One of our grannies (I cannot name her as the case is ongoing) calls me regularly to keep me up to date, she is broken hearted. A sheriff gave her contact 2hrs every eight weeks with her 4 year old grandson who is in foster care. On the last visit her grandson was taking her hand and giving her big hugs and kisses and asking “where do you live, is it a house you live in, can I come and see you.” The shock came after her last visit when the social services called her and told her that all contact was stopped. A hearing of the children’s panel had been called and it was by their recommendation. ... See More
The reason given by social services was the boy was very disruptive and upset when he left the granny and would not speak to the foster dad or the social worker. Although the granny had a court order to see him the social services had taken it upon themselves to stop contact with the magic saying, ‘to continue contact is not in the child’s best interest.'
The granny was phoning the social worker to check that her meeting with him the next day was still on when she was told her grandson had been adopted without her or the child’s mother being informed.
The heartbroken Gran said "I knew something was wrong when I got put through right away and didn't get the usual rubbish, she is not at her desk, or she is not in. I was so shocked at her attitude when she said, Have you not heard the adoption went through 3 weeks ago. I asked her if I was to see him again, the answer was, what do you think, then I don't think so, he is adopted you know" he is not now a cared for child. How callous is that in ruining a child’s life?.
The granny had just received a letter from the sheriff clerk to tell her she would be getting a court date soon for the hearing to continue her contact with the boy. Even the sheriff court had no idea this has happened and her solicitor is totally shocked.
This is adoption without consent is a terrible horrible thing to happen to this wee boy who loved his granny's visits and was looking forward to home visits with her. His young life has just been cut off from the only person who really loved him.
to say the social services had adopted the grandson without informing her or her daughter (the child’s mother) know anything about it.

Pupils are having their fingerprints taken without their parents’ consent, teachers have warned.
The Association of Teachers and Lecturers (ATL) voted for urgent policy on the use of biometric data in schools at their annual conference yesterday.

I have been asked to blog this case by the mother of this poor child! The lady’s name is Denise Richards, and she has asked me if I would kindly blog her story to raise awareness in the injustice’s that are happening in Suffolk, United Kingdom.
This is a touching and sad story as the mother had problems in the past, but she turned her life around and became a better mother, only for all her hard work to be shattered by Suffolk Social Services and their corrupt “kangaroo court”. Once again this involves the usual suspects in Suffolk, including the same judge as mentioned in many others!

In 2007 I had my 5 children taken from my care, and if I am honest I can understand the reasons why.I was not sending my children to school as they was being bullied, that’s the main reason why at the time I was on amphetamines which social services didn’t know at the time as I was in denial but I am honest and told them in the end.
In 2007 my ex partner went to court. I stayed at home as I had my children to look after ( my other son was only three weeks at the time). At 8.30 pm, my ex got back from court and I asked him what had happened. He said “they are taking the children”, I was devastated by what he said. At 9.30pm there was a knock at the door! There was Mrs Kate Van-De-Peer, 2 other Social Workers and about 10 police officers, all coming to take my son ( Karney Caine and my daughter Carnika who was two).
I was on my hands and knees begging the police not to take my son as he was in my arms. I said “I have done nothing wrong, I have never hurt my children”. They took Karney Caine and Carnika, then on the 6th feb 2007 I had to go to social services and hand my three daughters over to social services. My oldest daughter was allowed to stay with me. We lost our home, I hit the drugs quiet bad, but only amphetamines, though that was bad enough.
In september 2007 they ordered my girls into long-term care and Karney Caine was adopted!
In 2008 I gave up the drugs and started to get my life back together. I got a flat and I was doing so well. I feel pregnant with Kayden and I went straight to social services and told them. I got off the drugs, and went to the doctors for relapse prevention.I asked the drug adviser to drug test me, they was all negative. I felt so good I was getting the support and help I needed. I have the record of the core group meeting, it said a legal strategy meeting was held on 11 December 08, it was giving the concerns that surround both parents, especially baby’s mother. “An interim supervision order will be applied for as soon as baby is born”. I have the paperwork to prove this!Mrs Linda Leeder was the social worker, and she also said in a core group meeting with my Minister present and the midwives present, that i will be “taking my baby home”. My minister wrote to Thompson HHJ, stating that this was true, what was said.
I had to see a Psychiatrist and a Psychologist, who said I was angry, aggressive, controlling, manipulative and hostile (I didn’t get angry when that injury happen to my son’s head, while in foster care. Just have a look at the photo)! They also said I had a personality cluster, a form of personality disorder. I went to see my doctor who refered me to mental health, who said “nothing was wrong with me”. I then went to see a Consultant Psychiatrist, who said I was cooperative throughout the interview, and that there was no evidence of hostility, he also did not appear anxious! He also put “I can find no evidence of acute mental illness”.
I went to court in October, and Mrs Linda Leeder denied saying what she had said, I was told I would be getting a Supervision Order, it clearly states in the records of the core group meeting, that this was supposed to be my Final Hearing in October 2009, but Social Services had to Adjourn the Court case, because Rachael Anderson and another done nothing but lie, and they lied under oath! Anyway the court case got Adjourned until January 2010! As you can guess,Thompson HHJ got his Adoption Order.
All these injuries that are happening whilst in fostercare known as contract care while being paid hundreds of pounds and in some cases nearly a thousand pounds each week show exactly what Brian Gerrish has been saying , everyone who touches a child gets paid, so whose benefit is this really for, NOT THE CHILDRENS

It seems Closed minds comes to mind - if in court arena then does that mean the SS are right in making a court application, Pre determined and lengthy - destructive procedures etc - or is it that they fail to work with Parents adequately and lack decisive intention to work to solve a families problems whatever the reasons and are lazy to ... See Morerehabilitate or solve problems or action support. It seems that Panic of Baby P cases when did not solve or action makes problems in other cases out of misery of parents who often have sought help from them or agencies. LA officers are often more likely to cover there responsibilities than be decisive in role of lead decision maker - LA officers are not usually good leaders but followers. Then SW's will spend time in court being busy - but not serving community issues -etc etc.
There is a risk to society from the mistakes made by Family Courts and Social Services I believe it is imperative to alert as many people as possible to the facts so they may act , campaign , and lobby for change for the better and most importantly the benefit of the children. As I have been requesting our information under The Data Protection Act 1998 since 2008 and with today being April Fools Day, I thought it would be fitting to put my old local authority of Suffolk, once again in the spotlight!
This has been the result of many phone calls with a slimy, sneaky man called Mr Glynn Smith, Area Manager (and my “so-called” nominated spokesman for Suffolk Social Services), who has offered nothing more than feeble excuses and stalling tactics when dealing with my requests! Repeatedly, I have offered to work with Suffolk County Councils social workers in preventing information being posted on my Blog’s that would have serious repercussions for the stability and public trust, but each time my only request that our daughter’s adoption is suspended until a fully independent investigation is made, he “fudges” round the subject and offers no assistance!
The last conversation with Mr Smith was on Tuesday night this week while we were out with friends and fellow supporters, this call was obviously recorded for personal reference and the “usual training purposes”. I once again said to Mr Smith “Please, suspend Daisy’s adoption so a full investigation can be made of the social workers in question. There is no reason for another “Webster’s” injustice to happen in Suffolk”, but Mr Smiths reply to this was “If you write to me, I will give your request consideration, and write back”.
The conversation once again went nowhere, and his final offer was met with my reply of “Shove it up your arse”! Sorry Glynn, but you are an arrogant, obstructive and annoying prat! Suffolk, give me someone with integrity to talk to!
I will not talk to him anymore, considering that his profesional judgment and ability to accuratly act in the families/child’s best interest’s, are now in question!

I would formally request that these questions are answered in full
regarding the above mentioned staff;
A) What is the true statistics of children removed by these staff
member? Were they returned to parents, long-term fostered or
adopted? Per staff member.
B) What level of Education has each of these staff members
obtained? Degree qualifications and in house training? Per staff
member.
C) Has any of these staff members suffered from depression, stress
or tension? Are they currently taking medication, if so what for?
Is this long-term treatment?
D) What is their individual work history, to include previous
conduct, previous investigation against them and the number of
complaints lodged against each staff member?
E) Has any of the named members every formed a personal association
with an end user? Has Mr Smith ever formed association with a know
child abuser, children returned to that abuser and harm suffered to
those children?
F) Why Have these members of staff, constantly obstructed a subject
release of our information under The Data Protection Act 1998, in
relation to all information in our case, Re: Daisy Hallimond?
G) What is the policy for testing staff member, regarding Drug and
Alcohol abuse? When were these staff members last tested, and what
were these results, per staff member.
H) What is the pay structure for each staff member? Is any payment
made as either bonus, expenses or commission? Individual’s figures
are required.
I) Do any of the above mentioned staff receive bonus payment for
securing long-term fostering or adoption? Are payments made by
other outside agencies such as CORAM, Barnardos or NSPCC to these
staff members, or any other member of staff from Suffolk County
Council?
J) Do ANY members of Suffolk County Council have association with
any Adoption and Fostering agency?
If so, WHO and what is their
connection?

Statement of William Arnold Combes
I am an Interior Salish spirit dancer and am 58 years old. I live in Vancouver, Canada.
I am a survivor of the Kamloops and Mission Indian residential schools, both run by the Roman Catholic church. I suffered terrible tortures there at the hands especially of Brother Murphy, who killed at least two children. I witnessed him throw a child off a three story balcony to her death. He put me on a rack and broke some of my bones, in the Kamloop school basement, after I tried running away.
I also saw him and another priest burying a child in the school orchard one night.
In September 1964 when I was 12 years old, I was an inmate at the Kamloops school and we were visited by the Queen of England and Prince Phillip. I remember it was strange because they came by themselves, no big fanfare or nothing. But I recognized them and the school principal told us it was the Queen and we all got given new clothes and good food for the first time in months the day before she arrived.
The day she got to the school, I was part of a group of kids that went on a picnic with the Queen and her husband and school officials, down to a meadow near Dead Man's Creek. After awhile, I saw the Queen leave that picnic with ten children from the school, and those children never returned. We never heard anything more about them and never met them again even when we were older. They were all from around there but they all vanished.
The group that disappeared was seven boys and three girls, in age from six to fourteen years old. I don't remember their names, just an occasional first name like Cecilia and there was an Edward.
What happened was also witnessed by my friend George Adolph, who was 11 years old at the time and a student there too.

I'm doing a lot of investigation into Nancy's murder. She was a friend and I am just so sad. Just devastated. William Fain is selling the documentary to the highest bidder. I don't want to see it get into the wrong hands or have the film be suppressed. William has a good offer from some attorneys in Atlanta Ga. He believes they are connected to CPS. I am trying to get the Alex Jones crew to purchase the rights so they can promote the film. I put Fain in touch with Alex Jones and within a day he was on his show ... so that's a good sign!! I don't want Nancy to have died in vain. We really need to continue on her fight - our fight, and do what we can to keep her memory alive.

If you are certain that the judge acted wrongly, and can describe what he did wrong, then serve him with a NOTICE OF DISTRESS (that fucks his bond and he will not be able to work). He will be fiorced to redress the matter, or the NOTICE OF DISTRESS will go on to become a commercial lien and he will die commercially forever. The Barratry offence was abolished in 1967, makes you wonder why doesn't it. ?
Barratry, as a "vexatious incitement to litigation" was abolished at that time. The maritime crime of barratry still exists. Acording to Oxford law dictionary.
It is defined as "An act committted willfully by the mastr of a ship, or its crew, to the detriment of the owner or hirer...." When the judge 'scuttles' your case, it is an act of BARRATRY.

it seems that Ms Shoesmith's position was untenable with no need for any report but this particular 'report' makes Ofsted's and Balls' positions untenable accordingly
