Say NO to gagging orders, how dare they! We know its not in the interests of the child, its in the interests of the perverse judgments and scrappy evidence that could never stand up in a ‘proper’ court furthermore it could cause a public outcry if it ever got out. We’ve had enough of the injustice and the secret courts, this must end and it must end NOW, the outcry is about to begin.
Its not enough to tell your story, naming names is imperative if this is to have any impact, provide every detail you have, car registration numbers, home addresses even add a link to www.flickr.com with their photograph. Create a profile on one of the many social networking sites, they can't afford to close them all, you will have maximum impact! The more information you provide the more they will want to close the site, the more they want to close it the more mirror sites will appear with all the same information on them, this will hurt them make no mistake, they won't like the publicity and like we care? No longer can they get away with the ability to hide behind the secret courts!

It is most concerning that 'His Honour Judge Polden
who became the designated Family Law Judge for Kent on 1st
September 2008 having distinguished himself as a District Judge in
the region for many years'
Had previously also been a practising partner in a local Kent firm
of solicitors, which would indicate a clear conflict of interest.
Please name the firm of solicitors and period of interest in said
firm.
Are Judges required to make a declaration comprising of any and all
interests and are these available for Public Record.

Yet again we see tragic cases of corporate failure, followed by ‘lessons learned’, and the closing of the barn door after the horse has bolted, with no-one being held to account.
Morton was jailed for 12 years in June 2008.
Sonia Sharp was the strategic director of children and young people's services in Rotherham during the period leading up to the trial, when the abuses were taking place.
Sonia Sharp had her leaving party from RMBC on 15 May 2008.
So, from Leeds, to Rotherham, to Sheffield.
Rotherham has apologised. Has Sonia Sharp apologised?

Was Sonia Sharp pushed from her RMBC job, or did she jump?
The children were abused for 5 years. Sonia Sharp was at RMBC for 3 years.
Did she want to get out of RMBC before the public bubble burst?
What were the events leading up to her departure from Leeds?
During all these years Sonia Sharp has been an active graduate of the organisation Common Purpose, from at least 2003.
During this time, at each of these three councils, whilst under her tenure, Common Purpose has been involved with childrens’ activities.
Sonia Sharp has continued to promote Common Purpose, but has not publicly declared an interest.
The payback? Currently thought to be around £140,000 per year.
Are there any other transfers from RMBC who have inflicted themselves upon Sheffield Council and who are also associated with Common Purpose?

There is a pattern here. Nastiness = Common Purpose.
Are these people too busy doing their Common Purpose stuff to do their jobs properly, or is their real job to impose the Common Purpose agenda?

Given the presence of Common Purpose as an exemplar of leadership training and management, are these increasingly numerous and sad stories because of, or despite, Common Purpose ?
Note also that Ofsted refused to act when they were given details of the lack of CRB checks upon those delivering Common Purpose products such as 'Your Turn'.
What is happening about Common Purpose that where ever we see Common Purpose we see child abuse, and a lack of safety systems, for example no evidence of CRB checks? Once would be a coincidence. Twice an extreme coincidence. But half a dozen times, and throughout the country?
Makes you wonder.
So, what about the RMBC replacement of CP graduate and supporter Sonia Sharpe, who has been found wanting, but who has not apologised for what was going on during her watch?
The replacement is Joyce Thacker.

"Adhere strictly to the Chatham House Rule of confidentiality

received, but neither the identity nor the affiliation of the speaker(s), nor that of any other participant, may be revealed; nor may it be mentioned that the information was received at the meeting’."
So there we have it - Compulsory secrecy so as to cover up insider dealing, association with child abuse, placement of Common Purpose products and personnel, selection of children for ‘training’, deciding who can attend their ‘courses’, secretive, unaccounted and unlawful use of public resources, fraud, etc, etc.
Chatham House rules are just that, rules.
They are NOT laws.
Therefore public authorities or ANY other third parties are NOT held by them.
Chatham House rules are unenforceable.
The LAW is ABOVE gang rules.
But Common Purpose rules appear to have primacy when it comes to the Freedom of Information Act and the Data Protection Act.
So Common Purpose graduates and supporters who are also public employees place their loyalty to Common Purpose above that due to their employer and the law.
Yet there is NOT ONE public declaration of interest, all contrary to the law.
Why is the law not upheld?
Because those charged with ensuring compliance are themselves associated with Common Purpose !
As for Sheffield, given that Sonia Sharp is an internationally-renowned expert on bullying, and trained as an educational psychologist, she should be in her element with the corporate bully known as Sheffield Council.

As for Sheffield City Council, your confirmation of effective take-over of council functions by Common Purpose can be seen in the absence of the expected CRB report on the agenda of the April meeting of the Full Council.
In January of this year, 2010 at Full Council, Sonia Sharp claimed not to know whether CRB checks should be carried out for Common Purpose activities with children. She said she would report back. Paul Scriven said that he looked forward to that report.
Perhaps, at this point, a concerned citizen might challenge the appropriateness of Sonia Sharp on the panel that delivered on TV its findings on the Sheffield incest case, which grabbed national headlines, when the father was jailed on 25 November 2008. The abuses had only ended in February 2008. The failing authorities involved have since apologised to the two daughters, following the critical report of 10 March 2010. Nobody was sacked or even disciplined.
The victims had called Childline, but were not reassured that their children would not be taken from them, which their father had said would happen, so they ended the call.

HEADLINES: 'THE WRONG TROUSERS' A social worker today was spotted walking up the street covered in babies! We suspected he'd done the rounds and collected his monthly quota in one day! However His explanation was 'My bedroom lightbulb had blown and I thought it was a pair of trousers'!!
Cases such as Baby P and other cases that leave us shocked at the sheer incompetance of all involved, the social services are attacked and exposed for their failings spasmodically through the media for months, basically hammered for failing to protect.
SOLUTION: Is to lower the threshold criteria of abuse, therefore giving those social workers who are well known for knee jerk reactions, perfect vilification for taking children even more pre-maturely. If the public comment they are immediately shut up with things like" Well we wouldnt want another Baby P would we"......In effect they are given more power.
This story about the six year old same principle, Teachers always getting criticised for failing to protect or worse neglect a pupil to the point of death in a couple of extreme cases.
SOLUTION: More power given to the teachers to intervene in pupils friendships,emotional, personal,private business, perhaps even in their home life too, we all know the multi agency professionals all share data on our children and in my mind, the teachers will be given similar powers to the social workers......Gov will throw its hands in the air and say what choice do we have ? Better to be safe ....
Teachers will collaborate closely with the SS ....

As a professor in biology, I find am always confronted with the role of genes in life. The idea that homosexuality is genetic (an therefore not phycological in nature) intrigues me, as it seems to be counter to evolutionary development. It would seem to be a development in nature that removes one’s genes from the gene pool. Curious. I admit, I have no final view of the situation, but I would be quite surprised if it was a purely genetic.
It’s very rare in nature, certainly not ‘normal’, and rare among humans, tho you would ‘normalize’ it. The reason it’s rare is that it has no purpose except inso far as all aberrations have purpose. One could imagine homosexuality as a purposeful response to overpopulation or gender imbalance, however its main function in Western society seems to be to further the goals of Lukacs and The Frankfurt School.

Following Sir Mark Potter's recent comments regarding the crisis in the family courts, I requested an interview with His Honour Judge Polden, the designated Family Law Judge for Kent, on the subject. I chose him because I have always practised in Kent and therefore know something about the courts in this county. He declined the interview. Perhaps this is not entirely surprising, given the state of some of the courts over which he presides.
As I will shortly be no longer using the courts for my work, I feel I can now say something about their state. Take my local court, Medway County Court, for instance. I would not say that it was any exaggeration to state that it is barely functioning at all, with even the most straightforward matters taking months to deal with.
Like other local solicitors, I have been issuing in other courts, just to avoid the delays at Medway. Perhaps that is the plan: reduce the service to such a level that everyone goes elsewhere - problem solved!
I would be interested to hear the experiences of others up and down the country.

Social worker accused of misconduct

A SENIOR social worker at Plymouth City Council has been accused of claiming she made home visits to children on 70 occasions when she had not.
Charon Rae Salisbury allegedly indicated that she had completed her home visits to eight children on the Child Protection Register – but it is now being alleged that she didn't.
Ms Salisbury is to appear before the General Social Care Council's misconduct panel next week accused of not making 'sufficiently frequent visits' to the children.
She allegedly made entries on the city council's in-house recording system, Care First, to indicate she had made home visits to the children on 70 occasions – but it is alleged she had not made those visits.
The GSCC's list of allegations, prepared before the social care regulator case, outlines that Ms Salisbury was the allocated social worker for the eight children on the council's Child Protection Register in 2007 and 2008.
The allegations state that she is accused of not making 'sufficient frequent visits' to the children in line with child protection procedures and plans between October 1, 2007, and March 26, 2008, for three of the children – and between December 21, 2007, and March 26, 2008, for the other five children.
On various occasions for each of the eight children, Ms Salisbury indicated she had completed home visits – but it is alleged 'you had not', according to the list of allegations.
The allegations also state that Ms Salisbury indicated to her line manager that her visits to the eight children were 'up to date' during supervision sessions on five occasions in 2007 and 2008, but in those sessions she allegedly did not disclose that she had not 'personally undertaken the visits' to the children on the dates in question.
The Herald understands that Ms Salisbury no longer works for the city council following a period of suspension.
The hearing is due to be held between April 12 and April 16, at a venue which is yet to be confirmed.
A Plymouth City Council spokesman said: "We can confirm that this individual has not been a practising social worker for Plymouth City Council since April 2008."

A Former Kent businesswoman of the year who harassed newspaper and police staff could be treated under the Mental Health Act.
Yolande Lindridge, 58 was due to appear at Maidstone Magistrates Court this week, accused of breaching an Asbo imposed last year after she bombarded police and the Kent Messenger staff with abusive phone calls.
She refused to leave her cell for the hearing and District Judge Michael Kelly found in her absence that she had breached the Asbo. witness Steve Beardwell, a police assistant investigator based at Medway, told the court he recieved a phone call on Friday, October 2 in which a "well spoken woman " identified herself as Lindridge. She claimed to have fresh information about a murder in Tunbridge Wells in 1987, before accusing another police officer of corruption.
The case was adjourned to Thursday, April 29, for medical reports, and Lindridge was remanded in custody. District Judge Kelly said: "The court is considering a hospital order under the Mental health Act."

In the facts of this case the father is identified as the sole perpetrator of domestic violence and abuse. The children who were very young a baby and three year old would of suffered significant harm if not in my protection.
The father was permitted unsupervised contact and custody in spite of his history of violence to this family, his own father, a girl in the care of the SS, he was on bail for GBH & ABH.
Judge Tyzack had been a barister for the local council, chairs on the adoption committee in the area and sits as a family Judge. He knew nothing of my case but allowed the father access, going against a court order and the law.

All I can say is "WELL DONE" to this couple.They have done no wrong,they adore their children and quite rightly so.I am so pleased that now,finally they have won the right to put this terrible wrong to a judge but we are talking about a family court judge here and i,from my own experience, know that these are as corrupt as local authorities,we are,after all,talking about alot of money that lines these peoples pockets here and for that reason alone,la's and the secret family courts are not likely to give up either,it's only the decent,law abiding,loving families that truly do have the childrens best interests at heart !

The real test the "SS" make in these cases seems to be "Is the baby/child good adoption material?"
If the child has been physically abused and has an intimidating and perhaps drunken or drugged up partner/stepfather/boyfriend in charge at the house then the child is callously left alone ,perhaps to die like baby P ,obviously poor "adoption material."
If however the "SS" see a happy,healthy, and attractive baby or child in the care of a single mother who has escaped from domestic violence ,or who has mild learning difficulties ,or who dislikes social workers (borderline personality disorder) they" POUNCE " ! Even better a baby that has not even been born can be "at risk of emotional abuse" and who can deny the prophecy of an expert?
Such children are excellent candidates for adoption and they are the ones that are taken.

Man sentenced for sexual offences
A man has been given a 36-month community order after admitting sexual offences against four girls and making indecent images of children.
Philip Knorpel, 32, of Florence Way, Knaphill, was also ordered to attend a sex offenders treatment programme and to sign the sex offenders register.
Knorpel had pleaded guilty to the charges at a previous hearing at Guildford Magistrates Court.
Magistrates also ordered Knorpel's computer hard drive to be destroyed.
Judges probably saved it for later !

A SUFFOLK mother who fled to Spain to ensure her new-born baby was not taken by social services is now fearful that Spanish authorities are poised to remove the child from her care.
Megan Coote fled to Alicante on February 7 with her mother Lorraine, after a string of assessments and IQ tests deemed her as being incapable of looking after her baby.
Suffolk Social Services expressed concerns that the child could possibly be “emotionally neglected” in the future due to Miss Coote’s mild learning difficulties and problems showing her emotions.
However, Lorraine Coote said the family had never doubted Megan’s capabilities as a mother.
She said: “She is such a happy mother, she just keeps kissing the baby and she said that she always just wants to cuddle her – and they say that she can’t show emotion.”
The 21-year-old, who gave birth to Olivia Rose in hospital in Spain on February 15, has now been asked to attend a meeting with Spanish social services today .
Megan’s father, Dale Coote, told the EADT he now feared the baby would be taken away from the family.
He said: “I’m fearing the worst and that is that the Spanish social services will take Olivia away.
“So far the Spanish authorities have been great with us, but we have to expect the worse at the meeting on Wednesday.
“I hope that the meeting is just to work alongside us further, my wife and me would also be willing to look after Olivia, if they tell us that something needs to be done.’’
The Coote family previously said that if Suffolk Social Services failed to work alongside them, they would leave the region and move to Spain for good.
Mr Coote, of Kesgrave, near Ipswich, who travelled to Spain yesterday, said: “We were told that they would work with us, but as far as I’m concerned that hasn’t happened. We don’t really have a choice but to move to Spain – that way the family can be together.”
A Sudbury couple, who are known only as Jim and Carissa for legal reasons, had their baby removed from their care by the Spanish authorities in March.
The couple, originally from Sudbury before fleeing to Spain in December, had their second child removed from their care after their first child, Poppy, a false name to protect the baby’s identity, was taken away more than 18 months ago.
A spokesman for Suffolk County Council said: “We are in regular dialogue with the Coote family.
“We are liaising with the Spanish authorities and sharing relevant information as appropriate in this case, but cannot comment further on the individual circumstances.”

GSCC admits registering bogus social worker

The General Social Care Council has admitted registering a woman claiming to be a social worker after failing to spot her diploma certificate was forged.
Service user campaigners are calling on the regulator to review its procedures after Kate Ariemugbovbe, who is also registered as a nurse with the Nursing and Midwifery Council, was allowed to use the protected title of social worker for three years.
She was allowed to join the register in January 2007 after submitting a degree certificate from a university in Nigeria, which turned out to be false. Ariemugbovbe remained on the register until last month. A GSCC conduct committee ordered her removal because "she had no right to be on it".
Diane Smith, who was manager of the regulator's international recognition service at the time, told the committee the team had not identified the forgery when checking Ariemugbovbe's application.

Manchester City Council leader held over assault claim
The leader of Manchester City Council has been cautioned by police after an allegation of assault against his 16-year-old step-daughter.
Sir Richard Leese, a Labour councillor, was arrested at his home in the Crumpsall area of the city on Monday.
He was taken to Pendleton police station in Salford and was released on Tuesday after accepting a caution.
It is believed a complaint of physical assault was made by Sir Richard's step-daughter.
Private matter'
A statement from Greater Manchester Police said officers were called to a property in Westbury Road in Crumpsall at 2300 BST on Monday following allegations that a 16-year-old girl had been assaulted.
"Police attended and spoke to the girl who had sustained a minor injury to her ear," the statement said.
"A 58-year-old man was arrested on suspicion of common assault and was cautioned in relation to the matter."
A police spokesman said Sir Richard had been held until shortly before 1800 BST on Tuesday.
He also confirmed that no further action would be taken.
In a statement, the Labour group, which runs Manchester City Council, said: "Councillor Leese was detained last night following an incident at home.
"He was released today with a caution, and there is no further legal action pending.
"This was a private matter which the family now consider closed."
A police caution is a formal warning given to adults who admit they are guilty of a first-time minor offence.

A judge ordered a mother to hand over her distraught young son to her ex-husband despite admitting it would be 'almost cataclysmic' for the child.
The boy is happy living with his mother, is doing well at school and fiercely resists the move, a court heard.
The 11-year-old child, who cannot be identified for legal reasons, warned that his father had 'ruined my life' and said he would 'punch and kick' rather than leave his mother's home.
But Lord Justice Wall, a leading family judge, gave the woman less than a week to kiss her son goodbye before he is uprooted. She now faces being without her only child at Christmas.

Having attended this conference, as a grandmother who has unfortunately experienced the family courts and 'children services' with regard to my 4 granddaughters.
I resigned from the Conservative party due to their lack of support and concern for ‘family values’ and I do not believe any party has any ‘real ‘ interest in tackling this issue so became Independent.
I fully endorse the need for transparency in all dealings that involve children. I do not believe the courts are closed to protect the innocent children but to conceal the actions of professionals; juries would ensure justice.

Dear Kent County Council,
By way of further clarification, each candidate for a 'Common
Purpose' 'course' must have filled in an application form and/or
also made a claim for 'expenses' (of any and all kinds), such that
both attendance and costs were approved by KCC.
In either or both of these documents, to ensure correct and
appropriate expenditure of KCC funds, approval must have been given
in writing and reason for such approval must also have been given:
otherwise any such attendance and related costs are, by definition,
unaccountable and therefor questionable.
Furthermore, because of the expenditure involved, I would have
thought that KCC would have received a 'report' by each candidate
as to the full nature and content of the course together with the
benefits attached enabling that individual to perform their role
and duties to a better and more beneficial effect to both
yourselves and the community which is served by KCC.
I trust this is of benefit in helping to to source the revevant
documentation and avoid, as mentioned in your initial reply to my
FOI request (08/04/2010), any reason to 'create' such information.

Troubled Cornwall Council has appointed a new director of children's services.
Trevor Dougthy, who was director of children's services at Northumberland Council before this appointment, will take up his new role on 12 May.
Cornwall's children's services was plunged into controversy when former chief Dean Ashton resigned before a damning Ofsted report was published last October.

Group files foster care lawsuit against Mass.
A national children's advocacy group has filed a federal class action lawsuit against Massachusetts alleging the abuse and neglect of thousands of children in state care.
The New York-based group Children's Rights said it filed the case in U.S. District Court in Massachusetts on Thursday seeking changes on behalf of about 8,500 children in foster care statewide.
The lawsuit alleges that the state Department of Children and Families violated children's constitutional rights by placing them in dangerous and unstable situations.

I live in the Grampian area in Scotland and I am so shocked and upset to hear of the evil which is clearly going on here. These people have to be stopped and we are so lucky to have people like Robert Green in our world. You are a true Saint Robert.
I was left wondering what we are supposed to do about such injustice and I am sure that a lot of the members here feel the same way.
