Say NO to gagging orders, how dare they! We know its not in the interests of the child, its in the interests of the perverse judgments and scrappy evidence that could never stand up in a ‘proper’ court furthermore it could cause a public outcry if it ever got out. We’ve had enough of the injustice and the secret courts, this must end and it must end NOW, the outcry is about to begin.
Its not enough to tell your story, naming names is imperative if this is to have any impact, provide every detail you have, car registration numbers, home addresses even add a link to www.flickr.com with their photograph. Create a profile on one of the many social networking sites, they can't afford to close them all, you will have maximum impact! The more information you provide the more they will want to close the site, the more they want to close it the more mirror sites will appear with all the same information on them, this will hurt them make no mistake, they won't like the publicity and like we care? No longer can they get away with the ability to hide behind the secret courts!

The mislaying of files has been a routine practice on the western circuit and in London for the past thirty years they is first hand evidence, having been victims on so many occasions. The 'mislaying' is an euphemism for fraudulent suppression- when in doubt, lose the files.
Once threatened to indict a female associate with on the spot theft at the RCJ when we caught her actually hiding files under her chair.
The judge, Harrison J. went bananas, and summoned the Crown Office manager to the Court for reprimand. The other judicial ploy is to corrupt transcript tapes, and edit manuscript copy. They are a totasl waste of time and money. Otherwise, to simply deny the litigant rights of transcription.

I have proved they lied ,even in the witness stand the original sw stated i didn't change anything to my house,i had a busy year with my son in n out of hospital,me contracting the norovirus ,my oldest being slapped by a nursery teacher yet in that stressful time while my son nearly died i managed 2 decorate the house an the health visitor even stated i had in her statement when she visited a couple of days before the sw but sw still maintained i did nothing an the judge still took the ss's side

I did mine, they refused to see me once they got a 'sniff' of the possibility I was taping them!! At one time, they EVEN WANTED me to leave my bag at the Reception or drive me home to leave it at home. I wish I had now.
Someone kind of 'connected' with the case - PERDEEP GILL - said she thought they "wanted to do a deal with you". Boy, I wish I had let them take me home and then gone back. Curiosity has been with me ever since then wondering what it was they wanted to talk about and make sure I didnt have a tape recorder on me.

The thing I did learn from SS is they DO LIKE TO RIP THE FAMILY APART, and hope the parent/s will 'give up' on the children and leave the children alone. By this, I mean, the SS hope children will eventually not have any contact with the family/ies so SS make it all as stressful as they can.
I TAPED ALL my contact sessions too - so that way, they could not get distorted. EVERYONE INVEST IN (I think MP3 players can tape now for hours - can they? used to be a dictaphone) AN MP3 Player or a 'Digital Dictaphone. The Retailer 'Comet' sell them.

In the last 4 months i have been to 3 meetings to see if contact can be restarted. Each time I say, your allegations were false about me pinching my 2 year old and I do want contact but I want CCTV to protect myself from false allegations. Needless to say, they are still not letting me have contact. it's a case of admit to abusing your children or we won't let you see them.
If there is a risk a child over 9 is going to say they want to come home they make up some reason why you can't see the child at all and neither can anyone else. In my case they said cause I use facebook I am in an extremist gang and that is dangerous for the children!

In your email tell them all that you are concerned about Social Services in your area, why you are cocerned, what they are doing wrong and what they should be doing and ask for the matter to be discussed in parliament. Ask for the date that there is going to be a parliamentary debate on the floor of the House of Commons so you can watch it on television. Remind them that this is an area of fundamental national concern and every MP is aware of what is happening but nothing seems to have been done about it.

Every single MP will already know about this issue as I sent my note 'How the Government are stealing children from loving families' to all 650. I also sent it to about 125 Lords of the House of Lords. Together we need to make sure they don't ignore it. I am telling you what social workers are doing wrong and what the law says they should be doing but the Courts are not listening to us. They are just rubber stamping a total abuse of power which is resulting in child trafficking and NOT child protection.
My note on Family Law Reform states some of the things they should be doing and my letter to the Judge says some of the applications you should be asking for but are routinely being refused.
These MPs and departments want to receive concise short documents that do not go into detail about individual cases so concentrate on tactics used and how social services took away your right to a private family life and how you were not given a fair trial. You can copy and paste my notes if want or you can send draft letters to me and I will edit them for you.
LET'S GET OUR VOICES HEARD! They cannot ignore us if we all are shouting together at the right people. We MUST get this issue debated in parliament with EVERY MP in attendance, not just John Hemming and Tim Yeo, standing alone in an empty room.

Don't expect your solicitor to stop it. Your solicitor will always tell you this is normal practice and you don't have grounds for appeal and you won't get legal funding to appeal. You solicitor will always be too busy to make any enquiries and will take a week or more to get back to you.
If you tell your solicitor that you expect them to fight for you because you need justice and there must be something wrong with what they are doing because you love your children, they were healthy, happy, thriving in your care. They were top of their class. Their first health assessment said they were perfect in every way.
Your solicitor will say you are being unreasonable and will write to the court to come off the court record and discharge your legal aid certificate - leaving you to fight this horribly unjust system on your own.

AN ex-mayor of Wilton has admitted indecently assaulting a six-year-old girl.
Timothy Abbott, 55, of Race Plain Road, Wilton, pleaded guilty at Salisbury Crown Court on Friday to two counts of indecent assault of a child under the age of 13.
The assaults happened between June 30, 1980 and August 1, 1983 when he was babysitting for a family he was friendly with.
The girl involved, now 34, who cannot be named due to the nature of the offence, reported Abbott to police in December last year.
He will reappear before the court on October 15 for sentencing. Judge John Dixon said his bail condition - to not have unsupervised contact with any girl under the age of 13 - would continue and he would need to sign the sex offenders’ register.
Abbott, who is currently a town councillor and was mayor from 1995 to 1996, put his name forward to be mayor of Wilton this year, but was not selected.
At the time of the incidents, in 1983, Abbott stood in the general election against Robert Key. The eccentric 27-year-old stood for the ‘Don’t Know Party’ and appeared in the Journal in a djelaba smock with a traffic cone on his head after getting 86 votes.
He stood for Parliament again in 1992, as an Independent, but polled just 0.2 per cent of the votes.
Married Abbott, who trained as a psychiatric nurse and was also a social worker in Salisbury, has been a town councillor for many years.
The Journal contacted Wiltshire Council, which would be responsible for investigating any complaints of a breach of the members' code of conduct by a town councillor.
The council said that they had received no complaint under the code of conduct about Abbott. Any complaint would need to demonstrate the national code of conduct had been breached for it to be upheld.
The Journal understands that even if Abbott received a prison sentence, he would not necessarily lose his seat on the town council.

If a child was old enough to remember life before adoption or foster care, then they should be listened too. Not how it is now, with scores of Cafcass officials, siding with the L.A social workers.On their website they state they are an adoption agency.
It does not take a genius to work out that it is deliberate. Infertile or more affluent people etc want cute little children, so they turn to adoption , like picking a new puppy from the kennel.
I am so happy these young ladies have returned to their roots and discovered for themselves the pack of lies that have been said. Before it was too late. AND believed the "emotional abuse" the adopter told them. Making herself seem way better than her real mother, because that what she had been fed by social services probably as a reason why they had been removed. That's double standards. Hmm.
These adopters will NEVER be the child's real parents. No amount of alternative care is just enough, with all the best will in the world, as there is that curiosity lingering for that child. The "why me" question.

I think that every child that has been adopted or even fostered, and had a bad time in anyway, should sue the council that placed them. Then the local authorities might think twice before gushing how good and safe the system is.
If there is a massive outcry, there would be no money in the "kitty", no funds as the government would be too busy paying out in compensation cases .
Another thing that gets me is that once the children are rehomed in adoptive care, there is no longer no interaction between the social workers, so how do they know the child is actually being treated well. THEY DON'T.

Only 100? What was their target to qualify for the Government Payout. Social Services are not working well enough as a Multi-agency. There should be far more than that! If 8000 children are snatched from families each year, and only 0.2% are returned then I would guessimate they are under representing their figures.

A mum Maurren Spalek is not allowed contact with her children so they classified the birthday card as harassment by saying the adoptive parents felt threatened by it. Later she got arrested again for a threatening text message that she never even sent and phone records prove it.

Government twisted everything by increasing the power of the harassment law to include families trying to see each other in 2001.
They achieved this by setting targets figures for the police and CPS to prosecute anyone under .the harassment law in 2001. Originally it was used and voted in by parliament for men who have been staking women.
So that how the government did it.
My papers prove that the Portsmouth Police and CPS were setting families up under the harassment act by making them completely lie about each other and using family court documents to back up false histories without permission of the court all of this is against the law and that is what is being covered up my end.
You can be arrested under the harassment act for any lawful act.
For an harassment warning you need two counts of harassment (that is two lawful acts) the first for this women was sending birthday cards then the police had to make up one sending a text message.
Now they are within the law they can arrest after the harassment warning, the rest is easy for the police the witnesses just write statements condemning that person character that the person cannot prove as untrue.

Mark Harris Father of three daughters was jailed for imprisonment eight months twice at Plymouth court for waving to his children in 2001.

And our human rights again have not been addressed. Although I am not suppose to see my daughter, I do know where she is, what school she goes to ect, but I can be charged by Child and Family Services under harassment, and since their pockets are deep and compartmental, I can be assured I will get a restraining order. There are days when all I want to do is just see my beautiful girls face I gave birth to. Mostly what concerns me is the lack of psychiatric care pertaining to my daughters mental health not being provided by Child and Family Services, and this is what my government ignores the most!

A mother was abused by a paedophile who fathered her child. SS removed her child because she was upset. everyone from the SW to the judge knows this according to the court judgement below and yet they still awarded contact to the father.
The man in question works high up in children's services. I thought SS being child traffickers for paedophiles was implausible. I thought it was an honest mistake so many paedophiles being foster carers.

How can you go to the family court, knowing that a child has spoken to a judge, with out a solicitor, no evidence from the clark as to what was said, by whom when and were, a report made by a corrupt social worker who you had never met! she did not come to court, did not sign a statement of truth.
