No longer can they get away with the ability to hide behind the secret courts!

When I see things like this it just triggers memories, memories of days long gone by but that I can remember as clearly as yesterday.
When I was younger I was a bit of a toe rag, we had recently moved south and I just didn't fit in at their 1000 pupil comprehensive school with my broad Lancashire accent, I just stopped going to school. This led to me being put in care then that was eventually followed by a spell of borstal training.
I ended up at Dover borstal and I was 15 years 1 month old. I'm talking 1980 here. Because of my age I was compelled to attend classes but because I was quite savvy I was in with the older full time education people. problem was, all they did was maths, English, British economic history and British Constitution. I got behind in my work and was thrown in the block for a while for not doing my politics essays.
Dover borstals punishment block was just a disgrace. It was physically a very old building, used for god knows what originally but below it, and below ground, was the punishment block. They were very small cells with stone floors, I believe at one time they had housed animals. Many of the cells had windows at ground level, the bottom of the window frame was exactly level with the ground. The passage of the block sloped downward and a good few of the cells were actually fully below ground level, the windows in these cells just faced a tunnel of the same width at about a 45 degree angle that led up to a window at ground level. I ended up in one of these.
During the day we had just a table and chair in the cell, nothing else whatsoever except the customary copy of the Gideons bible. if you got any exercise it was simply half hour or so of walking up and down the passage in the hallway, certainly you were never given access to the open air, just this dimly lit passage.
The governor ruled that I was to be removed from house until I satisfied the politics teacher and caught up with my work. They brought me my school stuff and I will always remember starting the days of by scrubbing the stone floor and then having to sit in that dungeon below the ground and write politics essays at 15 years old. This would surely be considered serious child abuse these days. I remained down there for just over a week until I had caught up on all my essays.
What was significant about this I learned later. If I had been an adult, there is absolutely no way this would have been allowed, this "removed from house" only existed in the borstal system, the maximum a prisoner could have been kept in cellular confinement was 3 days at that time, by order of a governor but, it seems, that because I was only 15 and in a borstal, I could be kept for over double that and have strings attached to being let out! Another thing an adult would been entitled to was an hours exercise in the fresh air, weather permitting. Inmates in the block at Dover were NEVER given exercise, ever.
I wonder if the same sort of things go on today, where institutions are not offered the same protections as prisons and you effectively end up having kids treated with less right than adults.

With regards to the tests these "experts" carry out are done so under strict licenses from the US, not even an assistant of a psychologist should carry out the test, the licenses run on a scale system dependent on the type of test they are carrying out and the psychologist must be licensed to the relevant scale too.
Its a criminal offence for anyone unlicensed to carry out the tests.

what we need to also find out is if the guy does the assessments himself or lets others do them, Pearson Assessment can and will investigate as well as he's bring them into the equation for the courts. 6 cases a month is 3 too many, all paid for by the GOV. he obviously don't assess correctly but copy and paste stuff from the few doc he would read in the bundles, he obviously diagnoses people to suite the otherside. I am investigating A Dr Nic Alwin at the moment as he carries out assessments within 20 mins, then theres professor Mortimer from hull who does assessments in the same amount of time but she allows baby's in the room while she assesses. makes my blood boil

The only reason the state can take your kids, is because you registered their birth. In other words you gave them up to the state at birth. You were conned just like most of us. You dont have to register their birth regardless of what they tell you.
A case in England where a women had 4 of her kids taken & after a short time they came back with one, saying it did not belong to them as she never registered the birth.

In this special edition of the Tonight programme, ITV News reporter Rohit Kachroo was granted exclusive access on the frontline of one of the most heavily criticised children's services department in the UK. Deemed 'not fit for purpose', Birmingham City Council's social workers have responsibility for a quarter of a million children, and they are struggling to cope with a growing workload and fewer staff.
Over-whelmed and under pressure, the social workers reveal to Kachroo the day to day reality of life behind closed doors, from the abuse they face on doorsteps to the chilling details of abuse endured by children.[/i]
I missed the origional airing of the programme but managed to catch the repeat while burning the midnight oil.
I was dumbfounded to say the least, while it seemed to be a sympathy vote for the SS critical errors were still being made, more so it highlighted the points that is country spread, point being "the Social Workers Wanted to keep families together but did not have the resources to enable this to happen".
If a social worker has inexcess of 20 cases then it shows how the system simply cannot sustain its self on its current path to destruction, many social workers in Birmingham had over that amount of cases.
The programme showed a family who needed a little guidance which was all good and well but then when the social worker was due to visit the family she had to cancel, now seeing this happen on a daily basis this is the exact point where the relationship breaks down with the SS and famlies, it could be weeks before the visit is re scheduled.
The way I see this now is that it is simply a time saver and an avoidance tactic to take famlies to court as it frees up the Social worker to carry on her normal duties, I know for helping families the SW will not see the children or parents for some considerable time,when raised in court, it was all brushed aside when we kicked up a fuss about it, more so the judge never made any findings against the SW regarding this.
The system will not change when its played like this through out the country , courts are just being used as a freeing up device, stinks don't it.

It would seem that this practice of 'child stealing' is a nationwide occurrence. I have (and still am) going through exactly the same thing regarding my own grandchildren who were taken from their family six years ago and have now been split up and adopted. I won't go into too many details at the moment, suffice to say that the children were not in danger of significant harm from any member of the family.
Lincolnshire County Council adopted the same practices as the above mentioned. I (as their maternal grandmother) made a request to become a party to the proceedings, but this request was denied, even though I had looked after them for over three years. I do not have a criminal record and have successfully brought up a family of five children myself. My eldest grand- children who at the time were aged nine and seven, made it clear that they wanted to live with me, but their request was ignored.
I was lied to by (the many changing) social workers, who told me that the children had said they did not want to live with me. Contact was granted to me for two hours, once a month, in an obscure location, which meant I had to catch three different trains in order to get there, but I did it. Contact was supervised by someone who sat making notes in a corner and if my grand-daughter needed the toilet, we were accompanied to the toilet because they obviously thought I was going to harm her in some way! My seven year old grand daughter told me that it was because they thought I would steal her! Who put this information in her head?
The children were eventually put up for adoption against my wishes, but I had no say in it, as I am only their grandmother. The two youngest went first - to a couple who promised to write through the letterbox system, but have not honoured their promise. The eldest two were placed with foster carers and then moved to a couple who adopted them. The social worker told me that she would only allow the children to be released to the couple if they were to agree to an open adoption, as it would cause the children significant harm to have no contact with me and their natural family. Again I told the social services that I wanted to look after them myself, and I was told I should ask for an assessment, which I did, but the assessor never turned up. when I rang and enquired I was told again that the children did not want to live with me.
The adopters have not honoured the agreement, refusing all direct contact, even though the children (now aged 16 and 13) have made repeated requests to see me. I have made contact with the children myself, as I found out where they were living, and they were overjoyed to be back in touch with us. My grand-daughter has sent me an email telling me how much she loves me and that she never wanted to go anywhere other than back to me, and my grandson has told me that before we made contact she tried to run away three times.
Since then, the adopters have found out, and have now put a block on the social networking site and intercept their emails. They have also taken their mobile phones from them, and forbidden them to speak to us. I'm sure that once the dust has settled they will be in touch with me again though, as they are clearly unhappy where they are.
It is frustrating because I'm powerless against these people who shouldn't have been given the children in the first place.
Any advice would be greatly appreciated.

‘Grandparents Apart Wales’ a group that is dedicated to the welfare of children being reunited with their grandparents is to be silenced or else.
The group have been reporting on a case about social services having failed yet again and have received a letter from a head of children’s services telling them to remove the story or face legal proceedings.
They campaign for grandparents via The Charter for Grandchildren to be first in line to care for children when they need to go into care.
It is well known that the biggest percentage of children that go through the care system are known to be non-achievers lacking in self esteem, crying out for what they were robbed of as a child and are likely to seek comfort in the many gangs that are growing ever faster in our cities.
The audacity of this letter comes at a time when social services are being condemned UK wide by TV and the media for their reported failures regarding the recent fatalities and lack of care of our children.

1, Social Services rely on bluff. It is very unlikely that they would dare take such a well recognized group to court. Just ideal threats to put off those who are exposing their malpractice.

“Paul Randle-Jolliffe Esq., mFLS, attended the Portsmouth Magistrates Court building (23rd July 2010) as an Advocate with and for Freedom Advocacy & Law and not ...as reported in the Portsmouth News as part of David Icke’s or any other group or party, including on behalf of the defendant, he notified the court office on entry that he was attending the court as a Public Interest Intervener in the case of the Crown vs Cheryl Stanndard; the court passed the information on and Judge was given this information in court by the Clerk of the court, the Judge was also passed by the Clerk a Notice of Lis Alibi Pendens filed in situ by Paul Randle-Jollife giving notice of filing of class actions which hundreds of families in the UK have joined in the following courts:

The Judge did not deal with our representives appearance, nor did he consider the application or reasons to be joined to the case as a Public Interest Intervention. He was required in law to consider the matter raised with him. Our Representative waited for the Judge to address the matter which was ignored entirely and was instead most discourteous and perfunctory when the application was raised with him by our representaive in the court; the Judge caused the commotion by telling our representative to sit down and then telling him to leave the court; refusing to hear from him or refer the matter to another court if he did not wish to rule. the Judge abandoned the court before the matter was adressed and before proceedings were properly closed, leaving the proceedings in Chaos.
Our representative was surrounded by court security and quite improperly asked to leave the court building for no good reason by both security and police officers and the court staff. The Judge refused to identify himself – this he is not allowed to do as it was a public hearing. The court staff claimed they did not know the Judges name, which must be wrong, it must be impossible (even unlawful) for an unknown judge to sit in a court.
Our representative left the court of his own volition and not under police escort or compulsion as claimed in the article, he then had discussions with officers outside the court whilst he waited to be given the Judges name by court staff (which was immproperly refused) he advised the officers that they were being improperly used by the court as a result of the Judges error (he, on the face of the facts surrounding the events herein described, did not understand the law); this is hardly our representatives fault and certainly no excuse for the mistaken behaviour of the judge then the security and then police officers. The Judge failed his Judicial oath which is “to do right to all manner of people” and this includes acting in the public interest as he could not know the basis of a Public Interest Intervention without hearing such an application; this alone should be a matter of public interest and give cause for concern. Perhaps the Portsmouth News might like to investigate this.
Our representative has had cause for HMCS in Portsmouth to have to educate court staff and Judiciary regarding the internationally accepted principles and law regarding Public Interest Interventions, this obviously has not reached DJ Calloway from HMCS yet, we will address the matter ourselves, in due course, with both the courts and the police.
We are concerned that The News should report the matter in the way it did especially given that our representative provided The News with far greater detail as well as a copy of the abovementioned notice and he fully identified himself with Freedom Advocay & Law, however he was not asked if he was a part of Mr Icke’s or any other party.
Despite the very stange and very intimidating behaviour of all concerned regarding a simple application to the court our representaive remained calm, courteous and kind to all concerned.
The commotion was not caused by: Our Representative Paul Randle-Jolliffe, Mr Icke or any other party but by DJ Calloway.”

I had a situation where a GP in training had accidentally marked Raine's weight for her one year check against the three years old mark. Despite the fact that he sent me (as I requested) a letter to explain his Rookie mistake, the original mark on the chart, while the social worker admitted that it was against three years for a child who was 15mts, she submitted it as "proof" that the child was not putting on enough weight, because the mark (which incidentally would put her at 89% for her correct age (and bearing in mind she was a prem)) showed a decline to the 50th percentile for an average three-year-old.
I'm just amazed the family above got notice of the case conference - most of them are usually carried out illegally without the parents knowledge or being represented. The ONE occasion me and my solicitor got to go to one, we were both prevented from having input and when the solicitor challenged the legality of previous CCs, their excuse was "if the parents knew, we would not have been able to continue monitoring without their knowledge" - again, this after a letter stating the child was not and would not be on the register.
In the sideroom outside court I've even had the SW and the GAL quoting to me things I've said in private domestic phone calls at all times of day (including 2 in the morning) that show they had a tap on the line.
All I can say, is this class action can't come quick enough.

Prior to his conviction Husband was also a Church Minister for the United Reformed Church. Many of the victims have not received justice yet and Husband is due to be released from prison next month.

Statements given to police by prison officers who worked with Husband suggest suspicions were rife about his cravings for young boys, who he went on to molest in the kitchens he ran.
One statement by an officer who served at Medomsley in 1978, reads: "I don't know why but all the governors thought very highly of Husband and seemed to look after him.”
As a Prison Governor, Martin Narey either ignored or was grossly negligent by failing to observe Husband’s employment records: That he was arrested in 1967 whilst at Portland young offenders centre for the illegal importation of homosexual pornography. That the case was silenced and Husband was moved to Medomsley Detention Centre where he continued to import pornography direct into the Centre. That he was investigated by the police on numerous occasions but without further actions. That Husband then embarked on his horrific sexual torture of countless young boys. These boys are now men and want their story told.
Whilst researching Medomsley detention centre (now Hassockfield Secure Training Centre) Maloney discovered that as recently as 2004 Adam Rickwood (14), became the youngest prisoner to commit suicide in the UK. Adam’s family and friends all believe that Adam did not kill himself and that there has been a massive cover-up; this is truthfully and emotionally displayed in the documentary. Adam was found hanging in his cell with a broken nose, broken wrist and covered in bruises.
99.9 per cent of young offenders in the UK stem from the lower working classes. As Bill Maloney states in his documentary “You can’t keep bashing our kids like this, we’re not going to allow it any more”.
Now Martin Narey wants to rip lower working class baby’s from their mothers at birth. The effects on Mothers and Fathers and their families for the loss of their babies will be devastating. The huge funds invested into Barnardos each year should be put to helping these young parents, it is immoral to suggest taking these young children into care when the care system continues to abuse them and profit from them.

I attended the hearing at Portsmouth Magistrates Court last week involving Cheryl Stannard, the loving mother being persecuted by the State.
A 'journalist', one Gareth Bethell from the Portsmouth Evening News, asked me why I got involved in the case and I explained that it was because of the tyranny of the Family Court system that was stealing children from thousands of loving, caring parents every year while the system protected itself from exposure by draconian secrecy laws.
I explained in some detail how the system works and the devastating consequences for families across the country, indeed the world. His 'report', however, contained not a word about the Family Court fascism as the reason that I was following the case, just 'lizards' and 'sons of gods' - the usual tired, off-the-peg, standard-issue response of a computer-terminal 'mind'.
He also accredits a gentleman who stood up in the court to try to address the judge as someone from 'my party' when he was there quite independently of myself.
The fact that such people stand between what happens in the world and what people are told is happening is terrifying. Swing a cat in any mainstream newsroom and you couldn't fail to hit loads of them. I should duck now, Mr Bethell.

Further to inappropriate people involved in academy schools, there is Tim Hastie-Smith as adviser at the New Schools Network, who has previously employed a teacher who was struck off the register for filming students having sex on a school trip.
Hastie Smith apparently believes in giving such people a second chance. This caused his resignation from the HMC (Head masters and headmistresses conference) and after talks with ULT (United Learning Trust) it was decided he would not be a head teacher at one of their academy schools.
There are two points with this, Hastie-Smith thinks it appropriate to employ someone who has done this, and also, employs someone who has been struck off the teaching register, presumably he feels he knows better.

Detective Inspector Glen Boulton, 45, of West Midlands Police, has been charged with abusing two young girls.
He has been charged with four counts of indecent assault against a person or persons aged under 16, and two counts of indecency with a child.
The offences were allegedly committed between January 1977 and 1982.
He pleaded not guilty to the offences at Worcester Crown Court and will stand trial on January 24.

I have case from 5 years ago when my Son was only 14 year old, he was was subjected to a abduction by a women, who told the local police she was a child protection officer, she rang the Police and told them she was working as a child protection officer, she was not, had never been one, and never would be. This was a crime in it self. This evil old cow got the support from the sick social service staff at the time.
Police did nothing, but try hard to cover it up. She was trying to look important, I understood she had done the common purpose training, can I sue them.

I had a court order in place my son was under my care, no one knew were he was, I reported it to the child protection police, it did not matter that I had a court order in place, they were useless.
I went to the press they couldn't find him.
I rang the child protection police and report this abduction, useless, sounds about right.
I took it to court, a corrupt family court judge went against another judges ruling in court, known, Freemason. He did not know the back ground.
I could not get an appeal because the transcript from the corrupt court were incorrect, files had gone missing.
I wrote to the MP she was useless labour, COMMON PURPOSE.
I got a barrister up, she agreed with me about this situation, I think she was shocked, she could see the injustice, but did fuck all to stand up against the corrupt system.
I made a complaint about this corrupt judges, another cover up, Freemasons working together.
The SS and the police took the side of this mad women who I understand is a witch, I am not joking, I found out later that others have had the same treatment. My son was diagnosed with Aspergers syndrome, dyspraxia etc. although he needed one more assessment with an occupational therapist to confirm it.
The SS wanted my son to see one of "their doctors" as the SS were accusing me of FII (New name for MSBP) stating that I was fabricating his difficulties which I most certainly was not. Anyway the court conveniently put a block on my sons OT assessment so his diagnosis could not be finalised.
Their doctor Dr Kirkland Weir didnt have a specialism in autistic spectrum disorders as I expected, his expertise lay in Satanic Ritual Abuse. He had quite a sinister past and was involved in the Nottingham Satanic Abuse case of the 90's when 20 children were taken from their families unnecessarily.
Needless to say his reports on my son and myself were damning, mainly fabricated, twisted and downright insulting. My solicitors were selling me down the river and the Barrister an outright bully so I sacked the lot of them and represented myself. Though stress made my disability much worse I threw myself into it, it was far from easy but I knew they had fostercarers lined up for my son. So I did my best with the help of author/broadcaster and international lecturer on Aspergers syndrome Barbara jacobs (Wonderful lady ) and her overseeing professor and close friend Tony Attwood the Worlds Authority on Aspergers Syndrome.
You would think with back up like that I would have won outright, however after a monstrously intimidating barrister, interrogated my witness Barbara on the stand for over 4 hours as if she was a criminal, the poor woman broke down and my Mckenzie friend did too, thats how bad it was.
Of course this then gave the judge an excuse to disregard all of her evidence stating she couldnt possibly be objective enough as it was clear that her emotionally involved.
As for Weir, I asked him who Tony Attwood was, he had no idea. Despite this I knew weir was one of the judges golden boys and he would be perceived as faultless.
The judge I believe was quite generous as the care order turned into a family assistance order.(which I didnt take them up on, I was just glad to have SS out of our lifes.) I did try to appeal the judges decision regarding my sons diagnosis, but the local authority barrister threatened that he would re-open my sons case as their may be more "concerns surrounding his welfare".
I find now that my sons diagnosis is a hot potato that no one wants to deal with, for fear of crossing swords with the local authority.
Some may say why are you hellbent on labeling your child. Truth of the matter is without an official diagnosis we may as well whistle in the wind for any support my son needs and I won't be here forever.
Besides he has now developed depression and will be back at CAMHS soon, which isnt unusual with children diagnosed late. The ironic thing is that, if he is to be diagnosed it must be by a multi-disciplinary team from the local authority.

In her time as a "general" judge, before becoming a family specialist, she made plenty of appalling decisions and her arrogant and dangerous incompetence made the national press on several occasions.

And in 2003 she spared a schoolmaster, who admitted downloading child porn, from a prison sentence because he had already "suffered enough" by being "victimised" by his neighbours, who had signed a petition for him to move out of their area. Because of the secrecy of the family courts, her terrible decisions there have not been open to public scrutiny and she has been able to get away with her bullying and stupidity. However, increasing openness in the family court system is going to catch her out her sooner or later and I'm sure she will be exposed for something disastrous and damaging. It's high time she was properly investigated and kicked off the bench, to protect innocent children and decent, law-abiding families.

1:- In the interests of free speech the legal GAG on parents involved in family courts must be scrapped.Parents like rape victims should be FREE to make public the details of their personal histories and experiences in the family courts if they choose to do so.Parents visiting children in care should not have their conversations censored by social workers or their contact stopped if they dare to disciuss their case.
2:-Forced adoption where parents oppose adoption in the courts) should be scrapped and all adoptions should be "open" so that birth parents know where their children are and cannot be jailed for communicating with them.Closed adoptions often mean that blameless loving parents lose track of their children for the rest of their lives because one parent may have mild learning difficulties,or be the victim of domestic violence,or quite simply being perceived likely in the future to emotionally abuse their children.FORCED ADOPTIONS AND CLOSED ADOPTIONS should be banned.
3:-A burglar facing a possible 6 months jail can demand trial by jury ,but a mother can lose her children for life without that possibility.Judges hesitate to overule social services even when they criticise them in court probably because they themselves fear subsequent criticism whilst a jury becomes anonymous after the trial and would have no such inhibitions.In any case involving long term separation of parents and children the parents should have the right to demand hearing by a jury.Juries already act in the civil courts in libel cases and would be more than capable of deciding if children should or should not remain in the care of their parents.

Exclusion Order was refused by the Judge on grounds that Zanne does not consent to the orders. Merton was quite adamant that the judge had power to make the order. Section 38A clearly says consent is required. Given that we had an application to rescind the Exclusion Order on at that time, the Judge came to the correct conclusion without me needing to say a word that there was no consent and it as opposed.
From my preliminary research no one has had an exclusion order refused or rescinded before. There is a caveat but I'll keep that for those who have Exclusion orders and may want to contest them.
The Press Complaints Commission rejected the so-called "law firm" "Levy and Mcrae"s dubious complaints and found in favour of "The Drum" news site, who simply reported some truth. Tonbridge publisher found with sick stash of indecent images of children
A 54 year old man from Tonbridge has been caught with a massive collection of sickening images of children.
Gareth Simon, a publisher from Priory Road in Tonbridge, pleaded guilty earlier this week at Sevenoaks magistrates' court to 17 charges, including being in possession of six 'level five' pictures - the most extreme level possible, which show children being subjected to sadistic acts.
Mr Simon runs a vanity publishing company called Pallas Armata Press.
He will be sentenced at Maidstone Crown Court.
