FORCED ADOPTIONS SCANDAL - CONTACT CANCELLED
We were horrified to learn last week that a Mother had a note pushed through her letter box by Dudley Social Services at 6.30 p.m. on Wednesday evening cancelling the contact with her three children the following day. She was extremely upset as it was her daughter's 10th birthday and she had made a cake specially and bought lots of party food to enable them to have a celebration at the contact meeting. No doubt the children would have been very upset too. If the Mother had cancelled contact at such short notice she would no doubt have been highly criticised by Social Services for letting her children down. Despite the fact that we tried to intervene and ask Social Services to re-consider their actions they refused. Was this in the best interests of the children - we don't think so.
We previously reported on this scandal as follows:-
We are now presently assisting another young Mother who has had her five young children taken away from her because her ex-partner abused her eldest child. He is serving a long prison sentence and so there is no likelihood of him having any contact with the family. However, Dudley Social Services are refusing to return her children to the Mother, again despite the fact that she has never harmed her children and they wish to be reunited with her, and are in the process of arranging for her youngest child to be adopted against the Mother's wishes.
We are now aware of at least six similar cases in Dudley and are aware that this this happening all over the UK.

We would like to thank the many organisations who are helping people in these circumstances including Justice For Families; Forced Adoption.com and Parents Against Injustice who have been invaluable with information and advice. Also people like Christopher Booker at The Sunday Telegraph who along with people like Bob Geldof and Denise Robertson MBE are all keen to highlight this scandal.
Of course there are children who need to be taken away from parents and we wholeheartedly applaud social workers who intervene to protect these children.
However, it would appear that there are some social workers who are focusing too much on minor cases and who snatch children from loving parents to feed the adoption and fostering industry.

b) a national government of convention should hold the fort. (The Queen was unfortunately taught about the constitution by Sir Henry Martin who became a Fabian in 1921. She has apparently not grasped the significance of her position and her Coronation Oath and imagines that she is subordinate to her ministers.)
c) I consider that as Master of the Rolls in this terrible time it must be for you to try to disabuse her of this and hold chapter 61 of Magna Carta to her notice. (Various people have suggested Princess Anne as Queen in her place since Prince Charles has not grasped the Christian importance of our constitution in Magna Carta and throughout our history – our early Christianity, starting from c. AD 50, has been central to wars from without and within against ‘this dear land’; Magna Carta as a defence against William of Normandy’s laws. d) I write to you since Lord Faulkner acted unconstitutionally in putting before Parliament that the Royal Prerogative belonged to himself and the Prime Minister in the Constitution Reform Act of 2005. You will know Sir Edward Coke’s clear description that the prerogative could not be taken from the monarch – even by act of Parliament, agreed by Halsbury.
Your position as effectively deputy Lord Chancellor gives you authority to support us, the people of England and Scotland. On the other hand, government has shown a lack of constitutional restraint and even lack of knowledge of the laws of this country both in the Constitution Reform Act and further acts that have forced me and others to ask you to use the strength of your position acting as the executive guardian the people of this country and contracted to the monarchy by law. As the substitute Lord Chancellor, when the other appointee betrayed his position a by treasonous claim initially defined by the 1351 Treason Act.

A child in a community will be identified and put on the 'wanted list' and then Social Services will invent a reason to take the little boy or girl from their parents and hand them to 'foster parents' who are connected to the rings. Of course, this does not mean that all foster parents are paedophiles and Satanists, the vast majority are not, but a highly significant number are.
This is why the figures for stealing children from their parents on ludicrous grounds and in outrageous circumstances of cruelty and injustice are soaring across the world. It is also why the 'family courts' that make these decisions on the say-so of corrupt social workers and police are held in secret. The authorities claim that the secrecy is to 'protect the child' when it is really there to protect the Satanists and paedophiles, and the system itself, from public exposure.
Corruption is hardly a word that will suffice. Anyone with a functioning mind must know that the 'legal system' worldwide is corrupt to its core and about anything except justice; but the secret family court system is beyond even that. It is truly, truly evil.

The Class Action has been prepared by Freedom Advocacy & Law to help and assist the plight of numerous children, parents and extended family members, who have suffered under various Acts and Statutes that relate to the Family and Child proceedings, both Public and Private, in the United Kingdom.
For too long now, Local Authorities and Family Proceeding Courts have been under scrutiny for serial failings of both children and families alike, in what is now a long line of media highlighted “mistakes”, by various elements of the Family Proceedings Courts and associated multi-agencies. Even though there are now countless cases that have shown detailed mistakes in “children being removed for no reason” and “Local Authorities failure to protect a child”, there has still been no redress to the problems as a whole, and the system is now, as was from the time the Children Act 1989 came in to force on 14 October 1991, just being “patched” instead of being reviewed and reconstructed.
The situation as it stands now is that these families have reached the pinnacle of despair, resulting from constant removal of judicial resolution and the systematic denial of investigation by their Local Authorities, the police, Government and by the once proud foundation of the United Kingdom Legal System.
Turning now to strength in numbers and speaking through one voice in common cause as a Class Action, we are now collectively and individually approaching a higher judicial system – through the International Court of Justice – for rightful treatment and the justice that we as Human Beings deserve and to date have been denied, by other available remedies.
The aim of the Class Action is to bring to the attention of the highest Court the many reasons why constant failings in Law, Statutes, Protocols and Procedures accompanied by governmental neglect to address this problem, is systematically aiding children to be removed for the wrong reasons, resulting in destroyed families, children that do require intervention being overlooked, nonresident parents and extended family members being denied contact with offspring, and what can only be described as crimes against humanity to be allowed to perpetuate unchallenged.
How can this be allowed to continue in a country that takes so much pride in its human rights issues as well as considering itself as a developed “1st World” nation?
And how can this have been allowed to continue for so long, unchallenged?
Is there a hidden agenda to what is going on, that the general public is not allowed to see the dark side of, and if so what is it?
Should there not be a facility available either through judicial appeal or through government approved process, where people embroiled in child and family matters are allowed to address their concerns without criteria and where their case will be reviewed? We would think, as logical and compassionate beings, that there should be.
There is no provision for “true appeal” in the Royal Courts of Justice or the European Court of Human Rights where cases can be heard in their entirety, both failing with unreasonable timescales.
Under such circumstances we have to take our demands for justice outside normal procedure and approach the highest criminal court in the world as a collective and that is precisely what we are doing.
Could this be why so many children taken into 'care' suddenly develop 'special' extra needs, a carer would be well on the way to earning virtually a thousand pounds a week for each child; a nice little earner

To be honest I think this is a fantastic idea, as a person that has gone through the court system twice to do with my children and the guardian blatantly told lies, was not on the correct sides which are the child's when they should have been, im happy that the government are at last going to be using them for the important cases instead of adoption target fodder that the social services create along side of Coram every single day, when alot of the times it is not required,
interesting that as the CA 1989 and 2004 clearly states that all so called professionals are suppose to be working in mind of returning children to parents if they are not guilty of any crimes against children and also includes not making the said child/ren an adoption target, which is how newborn and small babies are seen in the climate at the moment, the professionals *cough* dont care about anything as long as they get paid at the end, its all one big money making scheme, so they can go and have a few jars at the weekend or at the Christmas party at the end of the year, that's one of the reason's that they all drive around in the most recent car's even though they apparently have no money at all, oh yes I forgot and dress up like slags.

A Catholic diocese has launched an appeal after being found liable for running a boys' school in East Yorkshire where 150 former pupils are suing for sexual and physical abuse.
Middlesbrough Diocese, which is facing an £8 million compensation claim, says the De La Salle Brotherhood, a Catholic organisation which provided teachers for the school, should take some responsibility.
A judge had ruled last year that the brotherhood had no legal responsibility for the
alleged abuse by staff at St William's in Market Weighton which closed in 1992.
Jeremy Stuart-Smith QC, representing the diocese and its Catholic Child Welfare Society, told three judges at the Court of Appeal in London that many or most of the alleged acts of abuse were said to have been committed by members of the brotherhood working at the school.
It was this organisation which appointed the teachers, he said.
But although the De La Salle Brothers were in senior positions, Judge Hawkesworth found that they were not employed by the lay order and it was the diocese that had the power to appoint staff.
The case centres around the alleged systematic abuse of boys aged between ten and 16 from 1960 to 1992.
The home had taken in boys referred from local authorities, mainly from Yorkshire and the North East.
The appeal is expected to last four days, when judgment will be reserved to a later date.

During the 1970s and first half of the 1980s those Councillors who sat on Social Services Committees had the authority, at the behest of Social Workers, to strip parents of their parental rights, i.e. to pass Parental Rights Resolutions. This they did with enthusiasm!
Parents were supposed to be told in advance of the intention to apply for a Resolution. If they objected, the case was supposed to go to Court. However many parents claimed not to have heard of the intention until it was too late to object, whilst others were far too afraid of the POWER of Social Services to object.
I haven't been able to discover via the Internet when this practice ended, but it is interesting to note, via the Internet, that since those days at least 3 Councillors and one MP have run foul of Social Social Services.

Could you therefore please tell me whether before Social Workers
are allowed to do these jobs, the way THEY handle children is
watched and minutely scrutinised, over a long period of time, (for
what should be obvious reasons), by a totally independent body,
(i.e. not by their own kind)
Note 'theory', as learned on education and training courses is a
totally different things.

Dear Kent County Council,
Please pass this on to the person who conducts Freedom of
Information reviews.
I am writing to request an internal review of Kent County Council's
handling of my FOI request 'A serving Borough Councilor who is
prepared to raise her own grandchildren, being denied , so the
state can generate money from Forced Adoption.'
You have told me you cannot discuss another case with me, despite
me knowing all the details anyway. Give my friend her grandchildren
back, they have been stolen from her by use of false evidence. I do
hope that those four little girls have not been taken into care to
be abused by elite pedophiles. Something is smelling very fishy
with the way Kent CC have handled it.
Those who value their positions need to consider the long term
consequences of their actions in remaining silent and turning a
blind eye to corporate corruption and deliberate fracturing of
children from their families. I have grave concerns re the actions
of Kent and other nationwide Child Protective services.
It would appear that the only protection afforded by Kent and
others is protection of abusive misuse of authority, corporate
corruption and fraud. Children are certainly not safe in care.
Nothing less than a full public inquiry will unravel what has
really been going on. Disgusting.

Yes, they should (maybe get some emotionally mature kid at dramam school to play the part of the kid of course or something, not a 'real' child to be upset with it).
I remember once that dreadful 'goodbye' stage and my daughters went out the door, my eldest crying and she broke away form my mother and came running back to the door. I got up and was going to go to comfort her and maybe walk her to the car etc and talk her down a bit, when one of the staff at the centre just grabbed me by the shoulders and held me. I froze and my instinct was to break free and get to my child but realised she was just on the other side of the locked door and if I started a commotion she would hear.
My mother came and got my daughter and took her back to the car very upest and they left.
I could have screamed or punched the worker but of course such action would have been some kind of 'evidence' that I could not be a suitable and fit parent (despite the circumstances) so of course I could do nothing, but will never forget it and challenge anyone to actually go through supervised contact in a centre etc ie professionals that claim it's fine and easy, when they force it on parents that have never harmed their kids. That is not what supervised contact is supposed to be for!
They have special training to do this to you in a Contact Center , let us get the word out they need our children and will not let us go because Dr S and DG want to research what happens when these children are broken and the parents are driven crazy in the process.
Judge Pearce told me she could not comprehend why any mother would not want to see her child in a Contact Center and said get on with it try it and run for the door as soon as she said it.

Truth: Children are our personal treasure and our future. Yet today children are at risk as never before. Aside from risks they may face from poverty, neglect and abuse in their homes, families are now the focus of ‘child-snatching’ by Social Services to meet government child placement targets and cash bonuses for Local Authorities. The most sinister part of this phenomenon is that many children are taken on the basis of false verbal and documentary evidence, false psychiatric reports, perjury in court and following collusion between courts, police and Social Services. Since court hearings are in secret, supposedly to protect the child, the children’s parents have no means by which to get the truth out concerning their case. Court injunctions are frequently used to stop the media and press publishing the facts. Evidence emerging from across UK shows that child-snatching is not the result of a few isolated cases where ‘social services failed or got it wrong’, it is occurring to a pattern or template, and involves thousands of children across the country. To occur in this way, child-snatching has to be facilitated by people at the highest levels of the government, judiciary, police and Social Services. Aside from children taken or ‘snatched’, children can be abused and the abusers protected by the very institutions that should be exposing and bringing them to justice. One such case is Hollie Greig. A Down’s Syndrome girl who was abused from the age of 6 by a paedophile gang in Aberdeen including a Scottish Sheriff, a policeman, social workers, a nurse and other couples. Seven other children were also abused. Despite Hollie’s verbal and medical evidence, no comprehensive police investigation has yet taken place. Although every Scottish and Westminster MP has been informed of the case, not one MP has offered to help bring the abusers to justice. Instead there has been a massive media blackout, supported by the usual court injunctions. If we cannot protect our children, then we have no future, and all other political issues become insignificant.
Solutions: To protect our children we need to:
· Legal fees for family court cases should be capped to prevent law firms ‘milking the system’.
· Parents retain the right to tell their story concerning their children to the media or press.
· Children should always have the right to say in court what they want to happen, if they or one parent asks for this right.
· The press should have access to courts and be allowed to publish names if given permission by the parents.
· All Local Authorities should be required to publish full details of the the number of family court cases in which they have been involved, the amount spent from the public purse on legal and other fees, and the number of children taken from parents.
· A full and independent public inquiry should be set up to investigate child-snatching cases already in the public domain, serious abuse cases such as Hollie Greig, abuse concerning care homes and known suspicious medical incidents involving children.

I am becoming more suspicious regarding the death of Raoul Moat. The coroner was told to day that they the complaints authority are not certain whether the new taser weapons being used without approval by Northumbria police were fired before or after he apparently fired his gun. From personal experience I will tell you this happens too frequently. Those with power will abuse it to cover themselves and turn to others who will do the same to save face or jobs. Here's a brief overview of my experience, I've never taken it to public forums but I feel hollie should know she is not alone in this suffering. At 5 my mom left my father cps interviewed me and I informed them of the abuse through the interview process It came out. My father "found” us and we went home. The case never went any further. My father the son oF a us senator got away with it. At 10 I'd served my purpose he no longer wanted me I was put into system by them, wheb again I was telling people what happened diagnosed with ptsd and depression and tried to kill myself, they fled with my younger sister charges were never filed. Recently after being in therapy for years I sought my records including the initial contact at 5 with dr confirmations and psych evals stating it was true. By law I should have had the records in 90 days 3 years later and many requests nothing but tons of trouble. After seriously starting to persue it life went to hell, I'd lived my life with no contact w/ law enforcement and gov agencies until I was persuing my records. The other. thing to mention is my father was caught by maine police stalking his next victims, after a few incidents and being informed by my sister of this I informed the officeer of my experience with my father and he was going to persue charges and records. Again nothing, I gathered evidence for them talking to my mother who is mentally ill with mpd and getting her to admit to searching kiddie porn out (he had her convinced she was working for the fbi and busting pedofiles with the kiddie porn he was viewing himself) . Again though with heradmitting to having kiddie porn they somehow couldn't charge him. I sent the transcripts to the fbi still nothing. He resides near disneyland agaiN but still nothing can be done. I continue to hope someday he will be punished but I doubt it. Some one told me they call it the justic system be cause its "just us". I do believe if things like this lAnd before the right people that they will take a stand and do what's right. Its a long hard road to travel, but you are not alone hollie. I speak from personal experience of the inadequacies quite apparent throughout the sector, social services needs to be more open with families and the public in general not just feeding the media what they want them to hear.Allowing parents to question without fear of persecution or allegation should those questions conflict with social workers ideals is not alot to ask more so when those questions highlight the inadequacies of social services policies which seems to be a major concern throughout the country.Open house policy instead of hiding behind a confidentiality policy that serves no purpose other than to give social workers the right to run roughshod over decent parents is not alot to ask and once again is a valid nationwide point.It would seem the argument the system isn't perfect is the greatest asset to a social worker it allows them to avoid accountability by blaming someone else for their errors,if it isn't right and never will be then is that not a condemnation of your own system and organisation?.To blame resources and state you do your best with what you have doesn't bring children back to life or protect children who slip through the net or validate cases being closed that shouldn't have been.If this lack of resources is such a problem why do we not see publicly your workers stating this to the nation and requesting the public to put pressure on the government as a matter of necessity,surely that would be the best use of the media or is it by choice no-one wants to speak out and admit to the public the severity of the need for funding incase that in itself highlights just how inadequate this system is?

i have blown the whistle a few times so i have no issue with that, as i said i will stand up for what i perceive to be right and i appeciate there are cover ups like in many professions including health and the police, who are top of the agenda for that one! I just need to say that i am in actual fact a sw who will admit i am wrong if i have been! I doubt i would lose my job if i moaned about the circumstances that i work within, as i have done this for years and im still here. The issue is huge and complex and there are no easy soultions but those out there who make the big decisions need to liaise with frontline staff to enable a better understanding of what they feel the solution is, which is attempting to happen at the moment but its all a bit late in my opinion.

i don't know if any ss have GCSE maths, but here goes. the proof that most of the parents you remove children from are innocent
say 100% of neglectful parents are insecurely attached. well, 40% of the general population is too. let's guess and say 30% of referrals are neglectful. so out of 100 referrals, 30 families will show insecure attachment due to neglect, and another 30 will show insecure attachment due to some other reason like life trauma.
note, the smaller the percentage of abusers or neglecters in your population, the less chance you'll catch them no matter how accurate your test.
ah, but you say you don't look for just one symptom, but a syndrome of. well let's look at your syndrome for domestic violence: eating disorder, insecure attachment, parental drugs/alcohol, strong fear of loss of caregiver. well these symptoms could easily be accounted for by heritable personality disorders in the child from the abuser combined with the non-abusive parent being temporarily messed-up (their parenting improves with time). an expert would look at all possible causes and through a process of elimination find the correct diagnosis. you do realise studies show that if given a vague profile like "childhood problems" professionals think every parent fits the description? it's the horoscope effect where you think something random describes you.

surprise surprise, studies show SWs to be the worst out of all the professionals at detecting risk, and police have written many a paper on how their risk factor analysis is flawed, mainly by showing perps come from all types. any other professional with an area of expertise is better at judging risk, because they measure directly in their field. nurse measures weight, doesn't come out with unsubstantiated claims about eating disorders despite a complete lack of knowledge about child psychology and statistics which is what SWs pretend to base their claims on
what i find most distateful is how SWs can justify stressing a family unbearably knowing that infanticide will be the result. getting kids off parents just for getting help isolates them from professionals, and sadly most have their families turned against them too. parents are running scared. child "protection" increases abuse and neglect. indded ..all parents who kill their kids do so after an SS investigation and after withdrawing from professionals. SS say they don't care if parents kill their kids so long as their cases are closed so they can't be blamed.
SS also engage in parental alienation convincing a child their parent is bad. this will result in lifelong attachment disorders, which they inevitably blame the parent for though they caused it themselves by removing the child (kids who've lost caregivers side with the residential adult they've got left. this is unhealthy compared to thinking your nonresidential parents you've lost still ove you). studies show foster carers neglect and abuse the kids much more than the "abusive" parents SS found wanting ever would.

i have multiple reputable academic references for all my facts available on request. i have been reading in this area for moths now. the government is listening to academics who have researched SS mistakes extensively and the tide is turning and you will slowly find yourselves being replaced by professionals. you can continue to blame being overworked, or you can jump on the bandwagon, admit your mistakes graciously as the police do, and demand a return to family support, which cross-cultural studies show to be effective. child protection with its inevitable huge false positives problem causes exponentially increasing infanticide

Shamin, I read your reply's with great interest. I'm a Social Worker and have been for 4 years, and until recently worked in the Criminal Justice System (same role as a Probation Officer but with 10 to 17 year olds)
I worked alongside (those doing exactly the same job as me) more unqualified workers than qualified who had no social work experience at all! I'm afraid (my experience working in B,ham) SS fails many more children than it helps. The children themselves (so many ive spoken to!) feel let down by their worker for lots of different reasons. Social Work feels very 'wishy washy' and needs drastic change now. It doesn't feel like a 'profession' and if it stays the same without drastic change to the system I'm seriously considering my career options. I'm sick and tired of seeing poor decision making, heavy handed inteference in family life that wasn't justified! workers who abuse their power by their 'know it all' attitude, and who hide behind their social work status when making silly nonsense decisions, alienating parents who are trying their best but who feel 'the finger is pointing at them' as opposed to feeling supported.
Multi agency partnerships on the surface appeared to work within our team, but on reflection I ask myself 'did the working together, the decisions made really make a difference in preventing a young person from further involvement in crime' the answer is 'generally, no'
Each agency were working to a different set of rules, so to speak, had a different agenda and had a very different approach in preventing crime. We were bogged down by each agencies politics, and this caused ideas to reduce crime to stall before they had even got off the ground! There was also a lot of suspicion amongst the agencies toward each other, questioning each other motives re: the introduction of new initiatives, ideas etc.
And to cap it all off my then Manager and deputy Manager (both still in post) were closely related to each other. How is that allowed to happen????? the Manager didnt have much time for Social Workers, he wasnt qualified in anything himself, and his nephew, the deputy Manager was qualified but was the weaker of the two so was never listened to anyway!!

A senior social worker investigated for working for two councils at the same time has been cleared of misconduct.
Alice Tagoe, who took up employment with Lambeth Council and Surrey County Council at the same time in 2006, faced a conduct hearing at the General Social Care Council last week.
It had been alleged she dishonestly accepted a job as a strategic commissioning officer at Lambeth Council on a contract of 35 hours a week, while being employed as a senior social worker at Surrey County Council on a contract of 18 hours a week.
The GSCC panel also heard how on December 2006, Ms Tagoe started a period of long-term sickness leave, while receiving full pay, from both councils.
When she returned from sick leave, Ms Tagoe told the panel she recognised she had missed an opportunity to declare to Lambeth and Surrey her alternative work regime, when she had arranged for a “phased return with reduced hours”.
She gave evidence to the panel, saying that “it simply did not occur” to her.
She gave the panel details of her working regime and maintained that her colleagues were also “people working elsewhere” and it was the “culture”.
Ms Tagoe said such arrangements were not peculiar and would be done informally. She told the panel she regarded it as private and said that she was not struggling to meet her commitments or meet her timeline.
The GSCC panel ruled there was no evidence Ms Tagoe acted dishonestly and also ruled there was no evidence she acted dishonestly by going on long-term sick leave from both councils.
The ruling read: “The committee considered all the evidence and was not satisfied to the necessary standard that there was clear evidence the registrant had displayed any blatant dishonesty upon which the allegation is made out.”
The Blair government was also well aware that women and children were being tortured on British soil, in the secret family courts, using CIA psychological torture techniques such as Richard A Gardner's "Threat Therapy"
Bad apples ... are seldom brought to justice: no policeman has ever been convicted of murder or manslaughter for a death following police contact, though there have been more than 400 such deaths in the past ten years alone. The IPCC is at best overworked and at worst does not deserve the “I” in its name.

This loving mother has not given up her right to protect her daughter. It would appear that the police are now protecting know paedophiles not just in the UK but Scotland.
The father who is an alleged paedophile and who has allegedly had other people on the Isle of Wight sexually abuse his own daughter. Arresting, this mother, is not the answer - she is the victim. On August 14th 1991 seven year old Paul Pearson vanished as he cycled home after playing with a friend in Saltburn. A local man, Richard Blenkey, lured Paul into his chicken hut on his allotment and stripped and sexually assaulted him. He then beat Paul about the face and strangled him with gardening thread. The bike and Paul's naked body were found the next day in an overgrown 50ft ravine. Blenkey was sentenced to life, and was ordered to serve at least, a minimum of 20 years.
19 years on, Blenkey has applied to be transferred to an open prison, where he will then wait whether he will be released. Please support our family to ensure that the Blenkey is not able to commit further crimes and to ensure that he is never able to harm another child and another family.

Mother jailed for protecting child from paedophile
Mother Cheryl Stannard, who's crime is trying to protect her daughter from sexual abuse, was arrested yesterday and is currently in Portsmouth jail. So many people have been calling the Police Station that no more calls are being put through to the custody suit in Portsmouth.
Another horrifying story emerges about establishment Cheryl who could not have children managed to conceive her daughter by IVF treatment. Her daughter now ten last year told her mum that she was being abused and Buckinghamshire Police initially investigated, made an arrest but released A man.
Following this there was a catalogue of errors by the Police, Social Services and the Courts, Police and Social Services appeared to be protecting the abusers at the cost of the child and her mum.
In March 2010 fearing the worst Cheryl fled to Spain to protect her child and get her to a place of safety, Things were fine until she decided to settle in British Controlled Gibraltar. The police and social services told the Gibraltar Authorities Cheryl was "on the run" and instructed them to arrest Cheryl and take the child into what is euphemistically called 'care'. And we understand removed to the UK. The full story is yet to emerge as Cheryl is not able to be contacted.
It is not known why Cheryl is in jail in Bournemouth the police in Bournemouth will neither confirm or deny that Cheryl is in the Station and have no statement to make.

Her job is to reunificate familys at the end of the assesments she promotes permanent adoption now that is a money playing little worker .she also laughs in familys faces about adoption plans and doesnt help familys in need. The government guidelines clearly state all extended family members should be assessed thoroughly, yet her colleague, Stephanie Goodman write grossly distorted and highly inaccurate biased assessments on those people, even though she herself know this is tantamount to perjury and perverting the course of justice. Allison Mitchell-Podmore backs them up and as manager this is vicarious liability. WE CAN PROVE THSES CLAIMS WITH ALL THE DOCUMENTARY EVIDENCE WE HAVE. THESE WOMEN HAVE TO GO !!!!!!!!!!

1. The feotus is not viable if the mother went into labour at this stage. It is well known that any feotus delivered before 22 weeks gestation would not be classed as viable and would not be put on life support and would actually be left to die naturally.
2. No pre-birth assessment of the mother re the current pregnancy has commenced yet, therefore the unborn child should not be added to proceedings for the mothers current child.
Ms Baldwin I do know what your aim is, which is to try to obtain an illegal order to remove the unborn child at birth. This is to do nothing more than improve North Yorkshire County Council's poor adoption figures for 2010/2011, because to date they have only secured 5 forced adoptions for the whole county. You are simply targetting a vulnerable parent, but I am watching you closely as I have a well developed knowledge and insight into procedures. Therefore I suggest you cannot add any details of the unborn child into current proceedings. If you wish to do so new proceedings have to be applied for after the mother gives birth, and she is fully entitled to request that she is transfered to a mother and baby placement directly from hospital with her child after giving birth. No separation of this mother and child will occur and I will fight every inch of the way for them to remian united, including fighting for the reunification of mother with the current child. Ms Baldwin please be advised your role is to carefully scrutinise the local authority and their care of the child, which you have so far failed to do so. You ahve evne criticised the mother for not providing the child with clarks shoes, yet I suggest you ensure the local authority fund these, as the mother is not in a position to do so. The fc is given a generous allownace to provide for the child. (The mother had Clarks shoes when she was rmoved from her own mother by NYCC in childhood, yet nobody ever scrutinised the fc for throwing those away and replacing them with cheap plastic shoes from Jonathan James).

These depict a small child being brought to an early morning contact in filthy clothing, with disgustingly filthy finger nails, even though the fc claimed they had only just gotten dressed and rushed out to contact. You have also failed to scrutinise the local authority in ensuring they promoted the child's contact with, and kinship assessments of extended family members whom would like to care for the child. You are fully aware of your role and responsibilities as a Guardian Ad Litem, and as such are acting in an unprofessional manner, tantamount to malfeasance of office. The Crapcass complaints procedure will be utilised to ensure your discharge your duties in accordance with national standards.
