Judge Anthony Cleary alloiwed me to be tortured at Stafford and Wolverhampton secret family courts by trying to force me to send my son to visit a rapist. Judge Cleary repeatedly threatened me with prison if I so much as breathed wrong.Cleary also knew that I was one of the Staffordshire Pindown child abuse victims.
This is the same judge who allowed Keith Hopkins - formarly Lake - to have a community sentance rather than go to jail, for mugging an 80 year old woman. Judge Clearly felt sorry for him when he saw the mugger trembling in court. He didn't feel sorry for me when I collapsed in court from the trauma of being forced to be cross examined by the vermin who raped me. Neither did he feel sorry for me when I was seriously ill in hospital with pneumonia, brought on by the terror and stress of the secret family court ordeal they put me through. I thought I was going to die, but those cruel dit dit dits wanted me to go to court again a few days after I was discharged from hospital, and it was all their fault I became so ill.

This is the first page of content from the "bundle" which was eventually released to us by my wife's ex-solicitor. As you can see, it is marked "A18", meaning it is the first page after the indices and court facepages in a bundle that fills a drawer. This is the first page of what the local authority refers to as the "Threshold Document", which they use when filing for proceedings. Up until the point where all the LA statements are in, we do not even get to see this or any other document.
Please note the qualifying phrase in my argument is on that page, "Had suffered or were likely to suffer significant neglect and physical and emotional abuse." (emphasis mine)
How do they qualify this statement? With material evidence?

The social worker who works as a headteacher at Welbeck Primary School in Nottingham, Ms. Carol Norman, made allegations that my son Jamie had disclosed to her that his mother had hit and kicked him on the way to school on numerous occasions (evidence of that allegation to follow), which the Judge, T. J. Harris, North Midland Circuit, accepted as fact even though there was no material evidence, photographs of bruises, police reports, or witness statements from other parents to back up these slanderous claims.
He also accepted many other falsehoods from the local authority as fact, even though he was presented with documentary rebuttals from myself (which were tampered with as you shall see when you compare my photographic evidence to what he claims to have seen in his disposition), and an admittance by Carol O'Connor, employed by Nottingham City Council Child Services as a Special Needs keyworker and indeed, head of the department at Nottingham Emmanuel School, that the evidence she submitted may have been in error*, he chose to ignore my entire statement and adjudge for the State.
There is little in the way of statements on our behalf, as you shall see the Children's Guardian Helen Fountain and her solicitor Stephen Mannering of Shelton's, sided not with the children as is their brief, but with the Local Authority with the express intention of removing our children to State care. In short, they made wilful misrepresentation and misled our children and ourselves and in doing so committed several common law offences.

*in error? When I was questioned about her "evidence", I was directly asked by MS. Gilead whether I considered the evidence submitted by Ms. O'Connor to have been fabricated. Since I was a: under affirmation at the time and b: advised although not knowing any better that to say nothing was an admission of guilt, I had to answer "Yes". In a criminal court, this would be an entrapment and stricken from the record, but too late because the jury would have heard it - a move would have to have been made for a mistrial on those grounds (that the jury had been unduly swayed by the admission of an opinion that the defendant himself had made thus incriminating himself in a way that would have had the same result whichever way he'd answered).
To raise the issue of chronology, no preventative measure of any kind whatsoever were taken against us or our children, contrary to what is claimed on this page. The only thing that happened on that date was that the Local Authority submitted its filing to the court, a fact I myself was made aware of on 12 May 2008 - THIRTEEN DAYS LATER - by way of a telephone call from Helen Fountain at CAFCASS.

Dear Sir or Madam,
A friend of mine, who is a serving Borough Councillor, is seemingly
about to lose four granddaughters, all under the age of six years
to Forced adoptions, in secret Family Court.
I have been a victim myself to this corrupt system, which tears
good families apart, to meet adoption quotas and gain government
grant funding. Its all about money generation for government
agencies rather than " Best Interest of The Child".
Birth Families should always be first considered before children
are removed from their birth families. Clearly Sheeena Williams
wishes to raise her own granddaughters and has raised her own
children , with no problems. Why is she being totally overlooked as
an alternative to forced adoption?
Under freedom of information please let me have the following
information.
What are you going to do about the above NOW? Not after this family
has been destroyed and broken. A good healthy family, I must add.
How many children have been placed for forced adoption, without
consideration of extended birth families? Is this the normal
practice of Kent County Council, to break up healthy family ties?
How many of Kent County Council forced adoption cases have been
overseen by Judge Polden? Does this Judge always exclude placements
with birth families and opt instead to steal peoples children for
Cash Incentives?
I find the situation to be quite bizare, and totally flawed.

I had taped my friend in a council house meeting to sort her a new house as she was being evicted from a private landlord in a matter of days. We were both suprised to see a social worker there - Cathy Murphy from Hartlepool SS...but she said she was from Hemlington ??
We taped her making accusations to support her claim, which have been denied by these people she lied about.
What was a meeting to sort a house out quickly became a meeting regarding my friends son being taken into foster care, due to not having any housing. I should add that my friend was told to remove her sons belongings from the house with the volatile landlord, until she moved. She had agreed and also made arrangements for him to stay with family as she didnt want him subject to possible violence. Now they are using that to say she was involved in benefit fraud and unless she signs the money over for him, he would be taken away whilst she lingered in a hostel. Without any money, she cannot get a house and therefore get sorted. Legal advice said that once this happened he would be difficult to get him back.
All she needed was a roof but they are intent on NOT helping her using a multitude of lies and reasons making her come back day after day (she is disabled and needs a taxi for this £8 round trip) and they offer no help or solution whilst being very snotty with her.
Her son is twelve and has multitude of problems like touch of Downs and curvature of the spine and had cancer. Is this what he needs to be taken away??

The laws changed in 2008 in relation to the way children are taken away from their parents and the involvement of the local authority in this action. I'm currently going through a major case and untill recently thought I amybe losing, untill the local authority cocked up. We currently have the childrens gaurdian on our... side and it's going the way I had always hoped it would.
Don't ever give up the fight, as someone once said. The way children are removed from their parents, without any solid evidence is a form of Genocide and the local authority can be brought up on charges of this under the court of human rights. As a parent that doesn't abuse their children and never has, you have a right to fight this in the court and under the geneva convention. That not only where your own human rights not taken into account, but also that of your childrens.

With regard to 9 of the 11 applicants, the Council had good reason to
believe the applicant was using a pseudonym to shield his/her identity
in order to avoid the possibility of the request being considered as
vexatious or repeated. We had previously cited two applicants as
vexatious ("S Smith" & "S Davis) because for both individuals, the
volume and content of their requests when considered collectively
appeared to be a deliberate attempt to disrupt the Council's operations.
The Council noticed that both applicants had clearly not read replies to
previous requests, would often repeat questions and would not accept
that the Council has no obligation to create information to satisfy
their requests. The subject matter of their requests suggested both
applicants were connected in some way to a particular Children's Social
Services case involving the grandchildren of a Maidstone Borough
Councillor and once we refused to accept requests from these two
individuals, the same requests for information were then submitted by
"new" applicants who coincidentally shared the same names as officials
involved on the above child care case.

I know of at least 3 families broken up this way and a social worker tried it on myself a long time ago in the UK, she was very convincing about how sincere she was about helping etc..until I discovered that she had taken a child away from a friend of my wife at the time and then the alarm bells went off. I told her in no uncertain terms where to get off, the next week I got a call from the "SS" saying that "somebody" saw one of my kids "licking" the window and perhaps they weren't getting enough to drink...lol!! Of course it was a direct result of me telling the social worker to f**k off...
I drove out and found a job a hundred miles away and moved the wife and kids the following week, didn't leave any forwarding address, simply dropped the keys off and went. I've lived that way ever since. I rent now, I don't buy and I never ever use a credit card. It's surprising how easy it is to disappear if you want to

In a past career as a social worker I came across this type of issue here in Australia however, I never worked for the Government in that capacity. We were in a large non-Gov organisation that saw many grandparents who were caring for grandchildren. We found that grandparents were often denied the right of adoption not through age or financial status but because they must have done something wrong to their own children to cause them to parent inappropriately or to have become involved in drug/alcohol/domestic violence type settings etc... This attitude by the PTB only added to the pain and heartbreak because very often these people had cared for the littlies since birth. It was also the case that even if they were fostered out, nanna and pop were still expected to provide the basics even if they did not have contact with the children and the birth mother continued to get the Government parenting payment. Many desperately needed respite because they were older and some had health issues but were too scared to ask in case the children were not returned. I knew of seniors who lost their homes and much of their retirement savings from the legal costs and everyday living expenses involved.
We also found that people who were attracted to child protection overwhelmingly were also people with control issues, being bossy, argumentative, manipulative and prone to moodiness/mood swing type behaviour.

High levels of contact between birth parents and babies in concurrent planning placements should be discouraged due to the stress it causes the babies, finds research by children's charity Coram.
Concurrent planning reduces disruption for children in care by placing them with foster carers who have been approved to adopt if the child cannot return to its birth parents.
Research for Coram by Jenny Kenrick, a child psychotherapist at the Tavistock and Portman NHS Foundation Trust, found frequent contact with birth parents disrupted babies' routines.
The study, which examined the impact of contact on babies under 10 months, also found that they became distressed when separated from their carers.
As a result, Coram is calling on family courts and local authorities to take a "flexible" approach to the frequency and timing of contact.
“We are committed to the importance of supporting and maintaining continuing contact for babies and their birth families during care proceedings. But in the light of this research we believe courts and local authorities should re-evaluate the impact this may have on emotionally fragile babies that need stability," said Jeanne Kaniuk, head of adoption at Coram.
"The timing and frequency of contact should be carefully considered in individual cases to ensure that the parents maintain their relationship with the baby and can demonstrate their capacity to parent their child, which is essential for the court assessment, whilst also ensuring that the babies’ needs for stability and routine are respected," she added.
Kenrick stressed the importance of considering both the short and long-term impact of "intensive contact" on infants, after the study found that infants who experienced difficulties in concurrency placements found it more difficult to establish routines or start playgroups and school.
"The children are always the most vulnerable in the triad of birth parent, carer and child in contact. An infant is particularly vulnerable and is at the most crucial stage in its emotional and neurological development," Kenrick said.
She said her recent study - which will appear in the January 2010 edition of Adoption and Fostering - presents an opportunity to consider some of these infants' needs and "how any findings may be extrapolated to the needs of infants in contact in the general care population".
In the white paper Care Matters: Time for Change, the Department for Children, Schools and Families said it wanted to see greater use of concurrent planning.

This week I am looking at AdoptionUk an some of the problems faced by adopted parents looking after children with very little contact to their birth families. There is such a thing as open adoption when the birth families can have contact to their children ,however a lot of families that I have met over the years do not have this they have a closed adoption .These families mostly from JFF forum have fought their cases tried to stay the forced adoptions and some have had to sadly leave this country due to social services coming after any other children they may have in the future.
Some of these families were working and were taxpayers with no criminal record ,an they are forced to go on the run from false allegations by social services an avoid being the next government target .
Moving on now .So here you can both sides of the problem for both sets of families , see what the adopted parents in chat talking about when addressing minor problems some of them I wonder how they would cope say if they were in my situation finding out you had a child with an acute case of leukaemia. Maybe the penny would drop just maybe close your eyes an think adopted no chance of finding birth parent or siblings for a match. These parents are clueless as to the efforts to bring this toxic subject to the forefront of the media attention an raise awareness with the prospective adopted parents to insist this be put in place for children.

Adoption UK Forum :I checked the forum there is nothing so far that I can see they are worried about the long term interests of the children they have in their care either . I rang up an spoke to their press editor this morning and she was saying she had never heard of this genetic key debate . It would be unfair to remove the child and risk leaving them long term in care homes so what can be done in the best interests of the child?.
We only have to look at the adopted parents,who are to scared to rock the boat with the social worker ,just incase they are not allowed to adopt a second child . Look at this ,some are are not confident in asking for photographs for a life story.

Like most of these forums like Carespace we find it is a very selective audience, an the moderates are very guarded about the topics surrounding the discussions taking place .When you consider we are all human beings dealing with medical problems this would be an easy subject to discuss. The incentive for many does not need to be repeated or explained if you are face with dealing with an acute situation of a child or adult falling ill they to will find that time waits for no man.
Once You Start A Search You Will Find It Takes 8 Weeks.
The adoption agency say it will take 8 weeks to find a birth parent from start to finish with counselling . They say some GPs will not give out confidential patient information,so this is pretty much like the confidential private court proceedings. It is all a risk they are willing to take with non -disclosure of facts surrounding pathology, medical evidence surrounding a true picture of the family held medical history.
Thanks to secrecy surrounding the Family Courts there is a lack of confidence coming directly from birth families and who can blame them for being cynical. In the past system has failed to open up the case files of adopted children /adults.
Many innocent families have been set up by doctors, wrongfully accused. These so called EXPERTS who are not so expert in their field of expertise and step outside their field of expertise. Once a decision has been made these families have no chance of an appeal, as these doctors pretty much have control over the judges who rely heavily upon these experts to guide them into making the right decision when considering the child protection issues . I read aslittle as 4 cases a year get through to appeal stage.

I read with horror how 1 adopted parent had nothing to go on an sick of waiting was even so frustrated, enough, to make something up for the child.

Uncovering a conspiracy between public authorities, Social Services, the Police, courts and Government to unlawfully take children from their parents, and pass them into a frightening and often abusive Social Services system. Synopsis
In Britain today, a secret court system is stealing and trafficking people’s children. The author Jack Frost summed it up in his book “Gulag of the Family Courts”. Other journalists have described it as – “Child Stealing by the State”.
When a small community newspaper, ‘the UK Column’, was set up in Plymouth to expose massive public sector fraud and corruption, the volunteers had no idea of what was to come. They were shocked at reports of child stealing sent in by parents from across Britain.
In the beginning it was hard to accept some stories as true. Some mothers and fathers appeared traumatised. Could their claims be believed? And then the first mother with evidence arrived in the UK Column office. Ring files of letters, emails and court documentation. The evidence was overwhelming – lies, false evidence, perjury, false psychiatric assessments, kidnapping, psychological pressure, police threats, blatant collusion of defence and prosecution legal teams against the parent, failure to prosecute the perpetrators of medical incompetence and child abuse, and blatant victimisation of the innocent parent – the mother.
Most distressing of all was that the courts had taken absolutely no notice of the child’s own wishes - there existed a brutal conspiracy between public authorities, Social Services, the Police, courts and Government. That conspiracy still exists, and so does the evidence.
In the latest case brought to the UK Column, a young Down’s syndrome girl was repeatedly raped and abused, causing physical injury. The abusers were known and identified by the girl, but no charges were ever brought. Instead her mother who fought to protect her daughter and seek justice was committed to a psychiatric unit. Are these cases mistakes, or failures of the care and family court system? The facts suggest otherwise, and they are reinforced by ‘template’ cases reported from across the UK, Europe and the USA. The events are planned and orchestrated, with support and common purpose at the highest levels.
Within secret family courts, under the total control of a single Judge, who knowingly or unknowingly relies on false evidence, children are being unlawfully taken from their parents, and are passed into a frightening and often abusive Social Services system. This system is so powerful and secretive that not even elected councillors can challenge the actions of their own Local Authority Social Services department. The child snatch cases are gagged under family court confidentiality rules and data protection. The victimised parents and children are denied justice in a corrupt and circular appeal process, which is also held in secret.
In helping parents and children tell their stories, the UK Column has received no less than four injunctions, preventing detailed reporting. In one recent court case, regarded by those present as biased against the mother, the court used the Peter Wright MI5 ‘Spycatcher’ official secrets act case as the precedence case to prevent the mother publishing her story of child kidnap. Some strange goings on down Plymouth way, it seems - where earlier this month (October 2009) three police cars and five police officers were required to remove five small children from a mother's home in her absence. In my neck of the woods, you'd be lucky to get that kind of turnout for a murder.
The mother concerned is Bernadette McManus. She breeds horses and dogs on a large patch of land near to her home in a small Devon village. She is not on any welfare, but she does appear on the surface to represent the archetypal broken-culture-mother: six children by three partners. She is also however a devout Catholic, and has her own affiliated breeding name of Dodgewells. There are breeding rosettes covering the cork board in her sitting room.
At the start of the month she left the house for a short time in order to tend to some work on her land. Technically this was an offence - as the eldest child there (three older ones live with previous partners) was only 13 years 9 months old. The legal age is fourteen for a child to be in charge alone.
Neighbour Barbara Giradot explained to us that just five minutes after Ms Mcmanus left her home, three police cars which had been hidden at the end of the street cruised up to her house and entered. When Bernadette returned (she says, some fifty minutes later) she was abruptly informed that the children were to be taken from her on the grounds of abandonment
To make that charge stick, the police and social services would have to show a clear intention by the mother not to return. They can't do that because it isn't true, but the kids are now in care anyway....following a 7th October hearing in Plymouth, at which no judge was present.
Another neighbour alleges that when tackled as to why three cars and five officers were in the vicinity, an officer replied "We were told about a dog on the loose". McManus alleges in turn that when she asked the police (who'd invaded the house for evidence of her uncaring role) the grounds for child neglect, another officer commented, "Well for a start, the dishes are still in the sink unwashed". I could not possibly comment on the veracity or relevance of those answers to the price of fish, or indeed Emergency Protection Orders – but an EPO is exactly what Bernadette got.
Shortly afterwards, McManus went to see the social services. She claims they told her that the problem was an over-indulgence in breeding animals at the expense of her children. They advised her to sell the animals.....and the land.
This would be an odd suggestion to make, because without these she has no income at all; she's pestered the CSA to make her previous partners cough up, and of course they haven't – even though she knows at least one is working.
But it also struck McManus as something of a coincidence, given she had only the previous Spring been offered what she calls 'silly money' for her ten acres. The price quoted (in cash) was £48,000. Just two months earlier, it'd been valued at £21,000
The distraught mother turned now to her MP Gary Streeter. But Mr Streeter (himself a former lawyer) allegedly offered his considered opinion that the social services had an entirely sound case and thus he didn't want to get involved. Perhaps in order to emphasise his view still further, Streeter followed up the opinion in writing. This letter Bernadette retains. Below is a photocopy extract from the original I was shown; Mr Streeter acknowledges Bernadette’s strong disagreement with the letter she received from social services, but says it….
Well no actually, Gary, her SS letter doesn’t explain why it would be ‘extremely ill-judged’ of her to make a fuss – so you’ll have to enlighten us re that one.
Personally, I would offer an opinion (which of course can be discounted, for I have no legal training whatsoever) that this sounds more like a threat than a confirmatory letter from an MP to his constituent. But I’m sure Mr Streeter will explain why it isn’t: in fact, I’d say that to do so would be extremely well-judged on his part – and the sooner the better.
But I digress: let's return to Bernadette McManus, and why it took five cops to remove five children (the youngest still being breast-fed) from danger at her hands. The short answer is, as yet we don't know for certain - because there could be several motives...or of course, none at all beyond a desire to protect the kids from a dangerously neglectful (and, social services now allege, abusive) mother.
Perhaps one motive concerns the dramatic growth in private child fostering.
For example, just down the road from where McManus lives is Tavistock - where her local social services branch is based. In Tavistock itself, the local offices of The Fostering Foundation (despite its name, a non-charitable limited company) are to be found.
An nby reporter rang the offices of The Fostering Foundation in Tavistock the week before last. There, a Tracy Norman told her that the going rate to foster a child is now £490 a week. The agency was, she said, "urgently looking for foster parents to take in females 2-16 years and boys 3-17". These, she averred, had been neglected and/or abused. And like she said, they needed foster parents 'urgently'.
Just like Bernadette's, apparently.
Some Plymouth locals offer a slightly different view. They say the word has gone out following the Baby P Haringey fiasco that social services must be more vigilant. In short, a period of SS dereliction is now to be followed by one of extreme vigilance. And there is a private sector ready and willing to take on the fostering that may result from any witch-hunts.
They’re certainly right about that.
Just fifteen years ago, there were eleven Independent Fostering Agencies (IFAs) in the UK. By 1998 there were six times as many. Today 100,000 children are in foster care in the UK - but in the intervening period, the Children's Arrangements Statutory Instrument (2005) passed the Commons. An inspector in Lincolnshire made the following comments during a 2008 report regarding the impact of this legislation:
'Private fostering arrangements are not regulated services, they are private arrangements between parents and carers...New systems and practices are only partially implemented and, although they have been clearly explained and their potential impact has been well demonstrated, this inspection has also had to consider the impact of previous inconsistent, and sometimes unsafe practices, on the placements of young people currently in private fostering arrangements.'
One must beware the sweeping statement, but we have all seen the way in which, once the profit instinct gets involved in social provision (be that of mail, rail transport or water) things get confused, corners get cut and old rules fall into abeyance. And there can be no doubt (as the evidence is there for all to see) that Plymouth City Council's childcare track record has not always been a shiny one.
In December 2005, the Commission for Social Care Inspection (CSCI) wrote to Plymouth Council's CEO Barry Keel as follows:
'Staying safe: Outcomes in this area are unsatisfactory.
Social services have faced a substantial agenda for change in 2004-05. Overall performance indicators suggest an improving picture. The 2004 service inspection identified a range of areas where changes had yet to work through as improved outcomes for children, young people and their families. The 2005 service inspectionrecognised that a lot of work had been done but that much remained to be achieved, and that in some areas key priorities had been missed. Of 18 recommendations in the 2004 social services inspection, adequate or good progress had been made against only 3. Minimal, slight or no progress had been made against the remaining 15 recommendations. This is a very unsatisfactory position. Some of the continuing shortcomings are picked up within sections of this letter, while a more detailed analysis of the problems facing the council can be found in the 2005 service inspection report. The council must put to together an Inspection Action Plan to detail what it intends to do in response to the 2004 and 2005 inspection recommendations.'
So it could be that’s precisely what Plymouth City Council has done – but with a tad too much enthusiasm. Who can tell?
The inspector’s letter is in fact exactly the kind of target-threat panic that has led to the national sport of tick-boxing. Contemporary UK government is obsessed with such things, but fails spectacularly to realise that the result is a desire to fill quotas at all costs. What doesn't tend to happen is an improvement in real protection on the ground. This appears to be reflected by the situation three years on. In December 2008, ThisisDevon reported:
'Five cases of severe child abuse in Devon and Cornwall are to be re-examined in light of the horrific death of "Baby P" in Haringey, London.
The assessments will take place after the national children's inspectorate, Ofsted, condemned the "serious case reviews" into the children's welfare as "inadequate". Such reviews are only conducted following a child's death or when abuse is suspected or known.’
The simple truth is that in most cases, paedophiles are far too cunning to be caught by blanket security: it gives them an even bigger crowd in which to hide. But one can understand why PCC might have felt the need to get a move on with the ‘staying safe’ part of its job….whether they were involved in these latter cases or not. So it’s possible that Bernadette McManus has been caught in the cross-fire of this sudden attack on standards. Here we have what could be the familiar syndrome of a car-crusher being used to crack a nut....which misses completely, instead decapitating innocent bystanders.
Certainly, Bernadette remains distraught - and terrified.
A number of questions remain unanswered. What were the police doing in force near the McManus household? Who told them Bernadette might represent a risk to her kids – and why? What precisely explains the sudden interest in her land - from both potential buyers and the social services? And why the seemingly threatening tone of MP Gary Streeter's letter?
Others in Plymouth suggest yet a third possible motive for what's happened to the McManus children. They allege that there's a major child-trafficking operation under way in the City. Nby has no evidence to support this: we remain sceptical, but intrigued….and with an ear close to the ground of other cases – one of which has been the subject of a quite extraordinary judicial gagging order.
Nor can we support a fourth story in wide circulation: that the interest in Bernadette's ten acres is connected to the new Tavistock rail link, and its associated 750-house building permission. Because if there's one thing the scheme appears to lack at the moment it's....land. But on that question too we await documentary evidence to either dismiss or support the allegation.iijem

I have just found out today that my abusive ex has residence of my baby Lia.
I find this quite disturbing as it was quite clear that despite his abusive tendencies, and giving the social worker Peter Davison detailed examples of his warped abuse, towards myself AND my other son, and also his many 'suicide attempts' (the manipulative variety) and the smashing up his flat to pieces, my ex did not undergo any psychiatric assesment of any sort, and was given her as soon as I had withdrawn from the proceedings [due to a near breakdown caused by the indescribable stress brought on by my ex and the social worker I made a complaint about].
I on the other hand had to try and prove myself over a period of 8 agonising months, filled with mind games and emotional blackmail and 'gaslighting'..all while my baby was held hostage in care.
My ex lied to the Court and to the social services, regarding his on/off partner, saying they had been stable for a long time, but when I left the proceedings, he said split up due to her infidelity (couldn't be because of him now could it?..poor lil lamb), in order to win my daughter. He is now in contact with this woman again, who note, has had all 5 of her own children removed for serious long term neglect. I tried to inform SS of this yesterday and they not only told me that my ex and this woman were not on their system, but said "and what do you expect us to do about it?"
They didnt want to know.
Why has a narcisscist/borderline abusive 'man', who did not even want to know my baby, and wanted her dead, been allowed to keep her, and not have any intrusive assesments made of him?

A SEFTON Council social worker has appeared in court on child sex offence charges following the investigation into paedophile Colin Blanchard.
Care practitioner Tracy Dawber, 43, of Guildford Road, Southport, faced the allegations early yesterday morning at South Sefton Magistrates’ Court in Bootle, where she was hauled before JPs.
The 11 charges are as a result of an alleged link to 38-year-old Blanchard, a former Information Technology salesman who is originally from the Norris Green area of Liverpool.
Dawber, who was immediately suspended by Sefton Council from her role as a community care practitioner, faces four counts of possessing indecent images of children.
She faces five counts of permitting indecent images of children to be made and one charge of sexual assault on a child under 13.
She also faces a further count of facilitating the sexual assault of a child.
The mother pleaded not guilty to all counts during the hearing.
Charges against her are not linked to the Little Teds Nursery in Plymouth.
That case sparked massive public outrage and Blanchard admitted a string of child abuse offences at Bristol crown court last month alongside nursery worker Vanessa George and Angela Allen, both 39.
Blanchard, from Smallbridge, near Rochdale, Greater Manchester, is currently awaiting sentence alongside George, of Plymouth, and Allen, from Nottingham
Dawber was yesterday remanded in custody to appear before a committal hearing before JPs on December 30
She wore a long black jumper and clutched her side in the secure glass- panelled dock throughout the hearing.
Chairman of the magistrates’ bench Mr David Dixon took the decision to refuse her bail.
The trial will be held at Liverpool crown court.
Dawber will appear by video link at the committal hearing.
She worked at Southport general hospital on behalf of Sefton Council as a community practitioner for some time.
And neighbours, who describe her as “pleasant”, say that she suffers from pain in both her legs and feet and she has recently put on lots of weight.
It is believed that Dawber is from a big family and has a number of siblings.
Her mother is of Irish descent and her father, who died last year, was originally from the Liverpool area.
A spokesman for Sefton Council told the Visiter last night that Dawber was suspended from her role and the authority is co-operating with the police with their enquiries.
He said: “As soon as we were made aware of these allegations a community care practitioner was immediately suspended.
“This person’s role involved assessing adults in hospital with a view to providing care support when patients return to the community.”
He added: “We are co-operating fully with the police and will be unable to comment further for legal reasons.”
Superintendent Peter Edge of Merseyside Police said: “Yesterday (Wednesday) a 43-year-old women from Southport was charged with a number of offences relating to possessing and making indecent images of a child and sexual activity with a child.
“She appeared in the magistrates court today and has been remanded in custody.
“I cannot comment on the investigation or go into any details of the case. The investigation is ongoing.
“However, we have received a number of calls today from concerned members of the public who thought she may have worked with children in the area.
“I would like to reassure people that the woman involved in this case does not work at a local nursery or school.”

A new survey has found that at least 145 children have gone missing from council care homes in the past year.
The survey, conducted through Freedom of Information requests by the Care Leavers Association (CLA), found that of the 202 councils they asked more than 40 had no idea where some of the children in their care had been for the last year (September 2008 - September 2009).
Most of those missing are lone child asylum seekers, raising fears that child trafficking could be involved, and one in ten were under the age of 14.
It is thought the numbers of missing children could be much higher as six councils - Birmingham, Buckinghamshire, Edinburgh, Kent, Norfolk and Waltham Forest - failed to provide sufficient responses said the CLA. These ommissions could be considerable given that Birmingham is the UK's largest council and Kent is on the frontline of dealing with asylum seekers because of its location.
Victoria Hull, national development worker for the CLA said it was worrying that so many of the UK’s most vulnerable young people were disappearing into thin air.
'It is imperative that every local authority keeps a central record of all missing looked after children and their current status and this is still not happening,' she said
'As the corporate parent, local authorities have a particular responsibility towards these young people. Any parent who had an untraced child would be frantic with worry – our view is that local authorities should feel the same way.
'Unaccompanied asylum seeking young people are obviously particularly vulnerable and should be appointed a guardian on arrival who can advocate on their behalf. They should be safely housed away from known trafficking routes’

Who corrects parents reports in her own language when they complain about dodgy untruthful psychologist reports, making out their were abused as children when there was no abuse.
When I complained about the way the report was written to suggest abuse in my own childhood she said
" we can not put that you didnt suffer any abuse otherwise this will make you now look a liar," what she means is it will make the psychologist and her look a liar , she still made me go back to Dr Tom McClintock .
She twisted it to say my mother used to physically chastise me in my teens when I started to go off the rails, so it had suddenly become no abuse as a young child but suddenly abuse as a teenager instead.
It does not matter that the psychologist suggested and twist my words and didn't like it that I denied childhood abuse.
At the time I would have agreed to anything and was very depressed, but this was a blatant lie to stop my children being placed with their loving grandparents.

Who corrects parents reports in her own language when they complain about dodgy untruthful psychologist reports, making out their were abused as children when there was no abuse.
When I complained about the way the report was written to suggest abuse in my own childhood she said
" we can not put that you didnt suffer any abuse otherwise this will make you now look a liar," what she means is it will make the psychologist and her look a liar , she still made me go back to Dr Tom McClintock .
She twisted it to say my mother used to physically chastise me in my teens when I started to go off the rails, so it had suddenly become no abuse as a young child but suddenly abuse as a teenager instead.
It does not matter that the psychologist suggested and twist my words and didn't like it that I denied childhood abuse.
At the time I would have agreed to anything and was very depressed, but this was a blatant lie to stop my children being placed with their loving grandparents.
This very wicked people are all in this together and absolute liars who are getting rich from stealing children.She wouldn't allow my sister to be with me in her office when she interviewed me and got me to sign statements even though she knew I was vulnerable and didn't understand them.I trusted these people make sure you dont if you want to keep your children within their families.
They now plan to adopt out and split up my 4 daughters forever with strangers.

Baby P.was neglected by the system. The SS are not about child protection, they are about, Forced Adoption Agendas that bring them funding, and who is paying? You and me, our tax, is being used by professionals to hurt us and abuse us. We are paying Family Law and Social workers to profit from the theft our children. Whenever it comes to our childrens welfare all I hear about are repeated failings....
1. Billions of pounds are pumped into our education system, now education has become a british embarrassment.
2. Social Care from a families perspective is and will remain a farce in the UK, rather than help families they destroy them, ...they are the enemy of the family unit and need totally replacing starting top down....
3. When is someone in a position of real power going to acknowledge what is really going on and put a stop to the falsified,petty little tit for tat dramas that unfold in the tabloids!!
